The whole process from ordering the chandelier, through telephone consultations, to the delivery of the chandelier is evaluated as excellent. I have not met such kindness and willingness for a long time. The chandelier is beautiful and dominates the whole room. Křůmalová nám veľmi ochotne vyšla v ústrety pri zmene objednávky aj pri dopyte na náhradné diely, ktoré sme potrebovali na rekonštrukciu staršieho krištáľového lustra. Dodávka bola rýchla, luster veľmi dobre zabalený. Boli sme veľmi spokojní. Ak máte záujem o kvalitný krištáľový luster za výbornú cenu odporúčam, aby ste sa obrátili na firmu ArtCrystal Tomeš.
The order for the crystal chandelier was very soon processed, sooner than we expected. An employee of the company p. Křůmalová was very willing to meet our needs when changing the order and when requesting spare parts, which we needed for the reconstruction of an older crystal chandelier.
