★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V domnění, že zde koupíme kvalitní kabelky, jsme s dcerou zakoupili 2 kabelky (přece jenom jsme chtěli lepší kvalitu ....) Jednu reklamaci už jsme absolvovali - jejich argumentace, že došlo k poškození vlivem velkého zatížení (rozuměj nošení těžkých věcí) bylo absurdní, tudíž reklamaci jako takovou neuznali, ale opravu nakonec provedli - s výsledkem reklamace jsem nesouhlasila. Ona "opravená" věc se na kabelce ovšem při první příležitosti opět ulomila - prostě opravdu "hodně kvalitní" materiál :-( Asi vyrábějí kabelky jen na ozdobu, ne na nošení běžných věcí, jako je peněženka, kapesník, mobil, klíče. Tady bych už nekoupila ani špendlík. Vůbec nedoporučuji!!
 Assuming that we buy quality handbags here, my daughter and I bought 2 handbags (after all, we wanted better quality ....) We have already made one complaint - their argument that there was damage due to heavy loads (understand carrying heavy things) was absurd, therefore they did not accept the complaint as such, but in the end they made the correction - I did not agree with the result of the complaint. However, the "repaired" thing broke on the handbag again at the first opportunity - just really "very high quality" material :-( They probably produce handbags only for decoration, not for carrying common things such as a wallet, handkerchief, mobile phone, keys. she didn't even buy a pin anymore, I don't recommend it at all !!
