N	Nathan Metcalf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always had a mixed experience here, generally the pastries are good quality but the customer service from some of the staff is just non-existent. There are a couple of staff members, who are really friendly and attentive but the other staff members are the complete opposite and actually makes me regret going into the store to buy something.

J	Julie Zeit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste wise 3 out of 5. Hygiene level top class for Czech Republic. They wear masks and use gloves to take the bread for us. We went at 9.30 am but the croissants and baguette already do not taste like freshly baked. It is so hard and thick, you have to use so much strength to bite it off. The croissants taste 3 out of 5 compare to the ones in France. The croissants here is not crispy, but more bready and too big. The baguette is not crispy and fresh tasting even at 9.30 am. Spicy tuna sandwich lacks tastes of freshness as they are missing out some garnish of parsley or cilantro for the kick. Price is too high for the ordinary taste of the breads. Chai latte and cappuccino were good. Overall taste is 3/5.
K	K O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried this bakery twice. The first time croissant had quite a lot of filling but was not fresh. The second time, however, it was not only not fresh but also had ridiculous amount of filling, chocolate was hard and not smooth. I get it, it was shortly before closing but then give huge discount to your customers without trying to sell something bad for a high price as for Prague standards. On the photo you can see how it looked after opening. Not really encouraging to eat..

We also shared one of the hot sandwiches on their sourdough sandwich and it was worth the short wait. Really, really good. My flat white was good as well. Would love to try some of their other pastries and offerings.

Their baguettes looked impressive, they could be good, but I wasn’t in need of a baguette (€2.50 ouch!). I bought a cherry Danish (they call it Cherry Bomb) for €2.50. Upon arrival at home consumed the Danish. It was of giant size, it could satisfy two people! That’s too large. They are a chain of shops with one (?) central bakery delivering to satellite shops, so this makes it not really artisanal. Service was good but sales staff was stone-faced and softly spoken. Made me unsure whether I was welcome.

There are few cons- e.g. not possible to consume at the table, no bathroom, the front desk staff doesn’t speak English.., but it’s good? we bought half of Arctic monk( not my type of bread it appeared to be, tooo fluffy and airy and I was expecting more moist and chewy), next time I will go for barley bread to try, as I am not a fan of rye breads sourish taste, (but if you are- try it out here, they look good) and nougat croissant my daughter declared as good☺️ Pricey) Hope they don’t add yeast to sourdough as they don’t have an ingredient list available for a customer to see..?

I must say everything looked amazing and delicious, but I have feeling that it was a bit better after they’ve opened then now after some time. Still it’s really nice and their selection of pastries is great. ?
