Ve čtvrtek nám měli přivézt sedačku ze sconta, jelikož čas doručení byl v rozmezí 4 hodin a my byli v práci, tak jsme se telefonicky domluvili na pátek ráno. V pátek v 11:30 volal řidič, že přijede za hodinu a půl a že to ráno nestíhal. Jenze to už jsme museli jet na odpolední. Řidič navrhl nový termín, úterý odpoledne. Jenže v úterý volala paní operátorka, že sedačku přivezou až v pátek a že řidič není kompetentní k tomu, aby se zákazníky domlouval vhodné termíny. No prostě katastrofa. Dopravu jsme zrušili a raději si to vyzvedneme osobně na prodejně, jinak se toho nikdy nedočkáme a ještě si účtují za dopravu 1700. Rozhodně NEDOPORUČUJI!!!!
V	Vojtěch Brzak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recenze většinou nepíši ale tady udělám výjimku. SMS s časem doručení chodí zásadně den předem, a to mezi 22:00 - 23:00. V prvním uvedeném termínu mi zásilka nebyla doručena s informací, že moje zásilka byla během nakládky poničena. Operátorka mi sdělila , že mi řidič poslal SMS a že si asi spletl moje číslo..... Na uvedenou telefonní linku se většinou nedovoláte , nebo vám řeknou ,že informaci zjistí a hned zavolají zpět, samozřejmě nikdo zpět nezavolá. V druhém náhradním termínu mi zásilka opět nebyla doručena, tentokrát žádná odpověď , kompenzace, natož omluva proč zboží nepřišlo.. Jedna hvězdička je tu opravdu z povinnosti, protože míň už dát nejde... I don't usually write reviews, but I'll make an exception here. SMS with delivery time is usually delivered one day in advance, between 22:00 and 23:00. The consignment was not delivered to me within the first mentioned period with the information that my consignment was damaged during loading. The operator told me that the driver sent me an SMS and that you probably mistaken my number ..... In the second replacement period, the shipment was not delivered to me again, this time no answer, compensation, let alone an apology for why the goods did not arrive. One star is really out of duty here, because you can't give less ...

Objednala jsem televizi, od prodejce Datartu vyřízeno a vyexpedováno včas, dorazí zpráva, že zboží dorazí druhý den mezi 14.30-18.30, tak si vezmete pul dne dovolené, aby člověk byl doma. Nikdo nepřijel a ani nezavoval a následné dny jsem opět v práci a vybrat si dovolenou na bezdůvodné čekání, zda vám dotyčná firma přiveze objednané zboží ,to fakt nechci. A při představě, že televize se drkotá celý den někde v autě , tak o takové zboží zájem nemám, vrattě si ho zpět...\Zájdu si raději přímo na prodejnu, a tam mi to stejné vyřídí ihned . Vy se za takové služby styďte.dle recenzí nejsem jediná, co má zkušenosti s Vaší dopravou!!!!!!!! I won't give a single star because they don't deserve anything. R	Radka Michalickova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopravce společnosti DATART zřejmě je nový jinak si nedovedu vysvětli, že s nimi ještě DATART spolupracuje. V neděli jsme objednali troubu v pondělí přišla SMS že bude doručeno v úterý . V úterý telfon od vysmátých řidičů v 18.30, že nedorazí , že mají rozbité auto ,ale že přijedou ve středu . Ve středu mi volá asi dispečerka,že zboží dodají ve čtvrtek . Dnes je čtvrtek zboží nemáme v dohodnutý čas a ještě ani nikdo nezavolal. Tu jednu hvězdičku dostali z donucení jinak by recenze nešla zveřejnit. Ostatní recenze na webu také stojí za to ty lichotivé tam zřejmě dává někdo z firmy. The DATART carrier is probably new, otherwise I can't explain that DATART is still cooperating with them. On Sunday we ordered the oven on Monday received an SMS that will be delivered on Tuesday. On Tuesday, a phone call from laughing drivers at 6.30pm that they would not arrive, that they had a broken car, but that they would arrive on Wednesday. On Wednesday, the dispatcher probably calls me to deliver the goods on Thursday. Today is Thursday we do not have the goods at the agreed time and no one has called yet. They received the one star out of coercion, otherwise the review would not be published. The other reviews on the site are also worth the flattering ones out there apparently given by someone from the company.
V	Veronika J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto společnost nedoporučuji! Kdyby to šlo, nedám ani tu jendu hvězdičku. Hodnocení ostatních uživatelů odpovídá. Dovolat se do této společnosti je nemožné. Zboží jsme objednali přes datart, měsíc a půl jsme čekali na dodání. Pak se konečně ozval někdo ze společnosti ASEN, že druhý den bude zásilka doručována a že mi ráno zavolají s upřesněním času. Ráno opravdu volali, ale s tím, že zboží nedorazí, že ho ve skladu nemůžou najít, ať si zkusím zavolat na infolinku, kde teda je. Tam jsem se nedovolala, volala jsem na datart, kde mi řekli, že tam musí napsat a zjistit, kde je problém. Odpoledne mi volala paní z ASENU, která mi tvrdila, že jim nebylo zboží dodáno firmou Datart a budou zjišťovat, kdy ho dodají. Takže jsme čekali. Za další den mi volali z Datartu, že jim bylo sděleno, že na mou žádost bylo dodání zrušeno, že už nemám o dodání zboží zájem. Což nebyla absolutně pravda, když na zboží jsme čekali měsíc a půl! Tuto společnost by měl Datart vyřadit z nabídky dopravy, kazí dobré jméno firmy. I do not recommend this company! If I could, I wouldn't give that one star. The ratings of other users match. It is impossible to call this company. We ordered the goods via datart, we waited a month and a half for delivery. Then someone from ASEN finally said that the next day the shipment would be delivered and that they would call me in the morning specifying the time. They did call in the morning, but with the proviso that the goods would not arrive, that they could not find them in the warehouse, so I should try to call the infoline, where it is. I didn't call there, I called the datart, where they told me they had to write there and find out where the problem was. In the afternoon I was called by an ASEN lady who told me that the goods had not been delivered to them by Datart and they would find out when they would deliver them. So we waited. The next day they called me from Datart that they had been told that delivery had been canceled at my request, that I was no longer interested in delivering the goods. Which wasn't absolutely true when we waited a month and a half for the goods! Datart should exclude this company from the offer of transport, it spoils the good name of the company.

One was delivered successfully, another one they lost: on the tracking website it clearly says it was not delivered, but on their phone line they keep telling me it was delivered and someone will call me back. It has been almost a month since they got my package, and I still haven’t received it with no resolution in sight. For the other order that was successfully delivered, I have no complaints, but handling of lost packages is a disaster. I will choose other delivery options from now on.
