Problem se jen vubec dovolat, pri volani pani velmi neprijemna, s problemem muze pry pomoci pouze jeden kolega, ktery je velmi vytizeny a neda se mu dovolat, na email take zadna odpoved. Velka nespokojenost a zklamani

Litam hodne. Za posledniho pul roku jsem nakoupil asi 8 letenek, mozna vic, nicmene jsem potreboval na fakture za 8.000 opravit odberatele, protoze jsem se, zrejme, spletl pri zadani, a pani mi odpovedela, ze zadne zmeny na fakture delat nejdou. Takze si to asi zaplatim z vlastni kapsy. Jednak to neni prozakaznicke, ale hlavne je to uplny nesmysl. Je tohle v dnesni dobe normalni? Je fakt nutny, abych psal negativni hodnoceni? Vzdyt prece kazdymu musi byt jasne, ze tohle se mi nebude libit? Je vam to jedno? Koukam, ze tady na hodnoceni stejne nikdo neodpovida, takze asi je.
