Pan Klofáč nám byl kdykoliv k dispozici a pomohl nám se všemi požadavky, dokonce i se zprostředkováním řemeslníků na rekonstrukci. Tento individuální a vřelý přístup k zákazníkovi se nevidí u všech makléřů. Asistent Reality vřele doporučuji! On the part of the buyer, I am very satisfied with this real estate agency and Mr. Klofáč. The purchasing process was professional, fast and uncomplicated. Mr. Klofáč was at our disposal at any time and helped us with all the requirements, even with the mediation of craftsmen for the reconstruction. This individual and warm approach to the customer is not seen by all brokers. I highly recommend the Reality Assistant!

Pak Vás zvou na podepsani rezervační smlouvy 15 min . předem opět ruší !!! Jen si z lidi dělají dobrý den!!! Disaster never again a bunch of fraudsters !!! They pull a man's nose in the morning to see you are interested. Then they call you that if you don't give more they will give it to another person. Then they invite you to sign a reservation contract for 15 minutes. cancel again in advance !!! They just make people have a good day !!!

Ikdyz se připomínáme, tak zbytečně. Pan realiťák se neumí ani ozvat a na Domku je najednou rezervace ??? NEDOPORUČUJI ‼️ The worst real estate agency of all time! If you show interest in the property, Mr. Realist barely picks up the phone after the X call. He will tell you that there are more applicants and that he will contact you. Although we are reminded, so unnecessarily. Mr. Realist can't even speak and there is suddenly a reservation at the House ??? I DO NOT RECOMMEND ️ ️

Přesto je již nemovitost pronajata. Domluva o spolupráci provedena telefonicky na čestné slovo, bez záloh a podpisů. Důležité informace komunikovány písemně. Vše korektně, dle dohody, k mé spokojenosti. Zpětné volání na nepřijaté hovory samozřejmostí. A to píšu jako člověk s více špatnými zkušenostmi s RK, které často jednání akorát (z)komplikují, čest výjimkám. Službám RK se běžně vyhýbám, vzhledem k okolnostem to ale v tomto případě byla jednoznačná volba. My experience as a landlord is highly positive. I have not seen each other physically with Mr. Klofáč, it was a contact on recommendation. Nevertheless, the property is already rented. The agreement on cooperation was made by telephone in honor, without advance payments and signatures. Important information communicated in writing. Everything correctly, by agreement, to my satisfaction. Callback on missed calls is a matter of course. And I write this as a person with a more bad experience with the real estate agency, which often complicates (just) negotiations, honoring exceptions. I usually avoid the services of the Real Estate Agency, but given the circumstances, this was a clear choice in this case.
