Zároveň si můžete sedačky "odsedět" a vyzkoušet tak, která vám bude vyhovovat. Bohužel to má jedno velké ale a tím je personál. Velmi znuzená paní (chápu, že jsme tam byli dvě hodiny před zavíračkou), které když jsem se za ní přišli zeptat, tak nám odpověděla "no to bych vám musela zjistit... nechcete radši tamtu sedačku?" A ODEŠLA (ani jsme ji nestihli odpovědět, že "tamtu bychom určitě nechtěli"). TLDR: Skvělý sortiment bez adekvátní obsluhy je bohužel na nic. 2* Great offer of assortment and exhibited pieces in the store. We were choosing a sofa and the selection they have is really huge. At the same time, you can "sit back" and try the one that suits you. Unfortunately, it has one big but that is the staff. A very tired lady (I understand we were there two hours before closing time), who when we came to ask her, she replied, "Well, I'd have to find out ... wouldn't you rather have that seat?" And she left (we didn't even have time to answer that "we certainly wouldn't want that"). TLDR: A great assortment without adequate service is unfortunately useless. 2 *
H	Hana Polčáková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velký výběr nábytku, hodně variant...nicméně tak otrávenou a docela nepříjemnou obsluhu jsem dlouho nezažila v žádném jiném obchodě. A tím nemyslím jen jednoho člověka z personálu...velká škoda! Hodně to kazí dojem z nákupu a chuť znovu tuto pobočku navštívit. And I don't mean just one person from the staff ... a pity! It spoils the impression of shopping and the desire to visit this branch again a lot.
V	Věra Václavková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeli jsme do Asko Olomouc cca 160km, protože jsme si chtěli koupit k posteli (tam pořízené před rokem) noční stolky. Paní v příslušném úseku z kraje ochotná. V počítači vyhledala, jestli ten námi vybraný stolek je na skladě. Prý je jen jeden, proto má žlutou cedulku. Námi vybraný jiný druh stolu měl cedulku bílou. Takže jsme předpokládali, že ten bude na skladě ve dvou a více kusech. Paní už byla méně ochotná podívat se podruhé do počítače. Ale zjistila, že je také jen jeden na skladě. Když jsem se zeptala, že hledáme stolek takové a takové barvy, jestli teda jsou nějaké po více kusech, tak nám řekla, že jen to, co vidíme. Sebrali jsme se a šli pryč. Doma ale zjistíme, přes internet, že v Asko Olomouc stolky které hledáme mají. Dokonce, že jsou i na skladě. Teda alespoň internet to psal. Zavolala jsem tedy vedoucí která mi potvrdila, že je tam vážně mají. Závěrem? Po telefonu člověk nezmůže nic. Bohužel, neznám ani jméno oné p(r)odavačky. Doporučení že si to máme koupit přes eshop a nebo tam znovu zajet neberu v potaz. To vážně ne. Stejné stolky měli i u konkurence. Dokonce s menší přirážkou za poštovné. Koupili jsme je tam. We went to Asko Olomouc about 160km, because we wanted to buy bedside tables for the bed (taken there a year ago). The lady in the relevant section of the region is willing. She searched the computer to see if the table we had chosen was in stock. He says there is only one, so he has a yellow sign. Another type of table we chose had a white sign. So we assumed it would be in stock in two or more pieces. The lady was less willing to look at the computer a second time. But she found that there was also only one in stock. When I asked that we were looking for a table of this and such color, if there are any more, she told us that only what we see. We got together and walked away. At home, however, we find out via the Internet that the tables we are looking for have in Asko Olomouc. Even that they are in stock. So at least the internet wrote it. So I called the manager who confirmed that they really had them there. In conclusion? You can't do anything on the phone. Unfortunately, I don't even know the name of that p (r). I do not take into account the recommendation that we should buy it through the e-shop or go there again. Not really. They had the same tables from the competition. Even with a smaller postage surcharge. We bought them there.
