★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rodiče byli umístěný v zařízení, které nese logo APSSCR, tedy garancí kvality. Dle inspekce MPSV byly v únoru 2020 zjištěny závažná porušení mnohého. V létě již domov řešila hygiena a další instituce. Jeden pokoj pro uživatele služeb byl v nebytových prostorách, de facto v garáži v katastrofálních podmínkách. Když jsem APSSCR emailem na stav domova upozornila, nejenže se stížnosti nikdo nezabýval, ale ani nikdo neodpověděl. Jejich přístup je pro mě velké zklamání. A nabízí se otázka, zda jejich záštita hraje ve výběru zařízení nějakou roli.
The parents were placed in a facility that bears the APSSCR logo, a guarantee of quality. According to the MLSA inspection, many serious violations were found in February 2020. In the summer, the home was dealt with by hygiene and other institutions. One room for service users was in non-residential premises, de facto in a garage in catastrophic conditions. When I emailed APSSCR about the status of the home, not only was no one dealing with the complaint, but no one was responding. Their approach is a big disappointment for me. And the question arises as to whether their patronage plays a role in the choice of equipment.
