★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jako nový zaměstnanec jsem nastoupil do této firmy jako strojník a odvaděl svou práci na 100% tak jak bylo po mě očekáváno. A místo poděkování jsem se dočkal pouze toho, že vedení této firmy mě nařklo, že jim kradu ze stroje naftu!!! Důvod uvedli, že mám větší spotřebu na stroji než předešlý strojník. Pochopitelně, když jsem byl ve zkušební době tak jsem se strojem hutnil celých 8hodin, dá se říct bez zastavení.(jak se říká nové koště dobře mete) Čili má zkušenost s touto firmou je bohužel negativní, firma jede hodně na dotace , rádi berou zaměstnance z UP k vůli dotacím a zavozníkum platí směšných 18 000,- Ve firmě opravdu vázně komunikace a pak to tam tak vypadá. Píšu tuto recenzi proto, že kdyby náhodou někdo uvažoval o novém zaměstnání a chtěl by nastoupit zde do této firmy tak ať si to dobře rozmysli! A jako gól mě dorazilo to , že montérky, boty, gumáky a pláštěnku co jsem nafasoval musím vrátit po necelých 2 měsících zpet! Úsudek si udělá už každý sám...Za mě ?
As a new employee, I joined this company as an engineer and did my job 100% as expected of me. And instead of thanking me, I only experienced that the management of this company accused me of stealing diesel from the machine !!! The reason they stated was that I had more consumption on the machine than the previous engineer. Of course, when I was on probation, I compacted the machine for 8 hours, you can say without stopping (as they say, the new broom is good) So my experience with this company is unfortunately negative, the company goes to a lot of subsidies, they like to take employees from UP to the will of subsidies and carriers pays a ridiculous 18 000, - In the company really serious communication and then it looks like there. I am writing this review because if someone happens to be thinking about a new job and would like to join this company, let them change their minds! And the goal for me was that I have to return the overalls, shoes, rubber boots and raincoat I wore after less than 2 months! Everyone will make their own judgment ... For me ?
