★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prvně musím ocenit ochotu a dobrou domluvu co se týče objednání do servisu. Volal jsem dopoledne a hned ten den odpoledne jsem auto mohl dotáhnout. Vadu diagnostikovali hned po nastartování motoru. Byla to vadná hadice do Intercooleru (Octavia II). Objednali ji a od doby co jsem auto přivezl, za 2 dny bylo k vyzvednutí. Prvně mě překvapil účet, který se mi zdál za výměnu hadice dost vysoký. Navíc mi vyměnili žárovku, o kterou jsem je ani neprosil. Účet jsem zaplatil, ale jakmile jsem vjel na hlavní cestu, hadice se opět rozpojila, takže jsem jel zpět. Auto dali na zvedák a hadici dotlačili. Tím strávili 10 minut (původně si účtovali1,5hod práce). Auto samozřejmě ani neprojeli, takže jsem na špatně zapojenou hadici přišel až já. Vrchol byl, když mě asi po 15 minutách jízdy prestala svítit žárovka, kterou měnili. Na druhý den jsem proto dojel a po vymontovani světla se zjistilo, že mechanik špatně dotlačil konektor a ten se vypojil.

 First of all, I have to appreciate the willingness and a good agreement when it comes to ordering for service. I called in the morning and I was able to tighten the car that afternoon. They diagnosed the fault immediately after starting the engine. It was a defective hose to the Intercooler (Octavia II). They ordered it and since I brought the car, it has been available for collection in 2 days. At first I was surprised by the bill, which seemed quite high for replacing the hose. In addition, they replaced my light bulb, which I didn't even ask for. I paid the bill, but as soon as I drove onto the main road, the hose disconnected again, so I drove back. They put the car on the jack and pushed the hose. They spent 10 minutes doing this (they originally charged 1.5 hours of work). Of course, they didn't even drive the car, so I came to the badly connected hose. The climax was when, after about 15 minutes of driving, the light bulb they were changing stopped turning off. Therefore, I arrived the next day, and after removing the light, it was found that the mechanic had pushed the connector badly and it disconnected.
