Classic Dr Nikicicenko pays for a few crowns and the rest we grab the company ... USA healthcare model !!!

After today's visit I am very satisfied. The doctor and the nurse were great, and I have to say that I'm really scared of the dentist. But here I was not saying great but the best at the dentist. Hopefully next time it will be cool like this. Thank you

Very pleasant environment and nice girls at the reception. I RECOMMEND MAINLY FOR PARENTS WITH CHILDREN. Very patient and helpful doctors who try their best. I went to the doctor here, who unfortunately went to kindergarten, was very careful and had complete confidence in her. Now I go to the doctor, also very willing and careful. I feel safe here and I MAINLY KNOW I AM IN GOOD HANDS.

Pleasant environment, nice girls at the reception, near the metro. Unfortunately I can not recommend for the treatment of very young children. I was with Dr. Křepelka with a year and a half-year-old daughter on a tour and there was no effort at all for him to cooperate. He told me to hold my daughter's hands and feet that she would cry, but that she would swallow her quickly and that she would be quick. After the change of dentist the daughter works beautifully, we have been to the dentist several times, looking forward to showing teeth. Of course we train it at home. Anyway, the doctor's opinion that such a small child will not cooperate discouraged me. It is clear that if drilling occurs, it will not be treated, but why hold the child forcibly on a preventive examination without any effort to try to bait the child ... Otherwise, I think that adults can be fine, but I have no personal experience.

Unfortunately, I got the impression that this is primarily about business. The tour is great, the doctor, nice, professional, but only at the reception did I understand that on my next visit he wanted to drill out an old amalgam, but still functional seal. When I began to wonder why the receptionist was telling me that I did not understand why it was not clearly communicated and explained to me in the surgery, the doctor was summoned and almost began to frighten me that I was acutely at risk of decay in the tooth in question. When I told her that I had the seal there for maybe 30 years, she replied that I was lucky ... The second thing that confirmed me in the above impression was the situation regarding my implants. I have a total of 3, one of them was problematic at the time, but it was after a revision of implantology at FN HK. The doctor called another doctor, who didn't even look into my mouth, and immediately told me to order that the implant had to go out and that the secondary implant might be saved and that he would make a bridge for me instead, etc. It's been about six months since I was there. The implant is without problems at the moment, the decay did not form for me either.

The best! I have nothing to complain about! Great approach. I go to see Dr. Kučerová and I am extremely satisfied. I have never experienced such care and approach. It is great that during the examination, the doctor is constantly smiling at you and communicating with you what she will do. The doctor has a calming effect. From the previous experience of a former dentist, I was horrified by dental procedures, but thanks to the doctor, I no longer have it. At Astelle, everyone provides top-notch services and adapts to each patient. I would not change a dentist anymore, Astella is TOP for me!

Hello, yesterday I was checked in the Astella surgery with my son by Dr. Křepelka. I can't complain about anything. He is a professional, the nurse is also nice, the whole family goes to him and we are very satisfied. But I have to share what I experienced at the reception. It really took my breath away. One pays a lot of money for services to feel comfortable there. I immediately write that I am aware that I am not watching so much happening around the corona of the pandemic. It's just been a long time and I don't watch the news every day and come up with things upstairs again. I arrived at the reception on time and my appointment was moved to a few hours before, but ok. The receptionist wonder at the door stuffing me with a paper declaring that I am healthy and looking where our sleeves and veils are. As if I went there every day and knew everything. Then she preached to me with such glances that I probably fell out of cherries and I don't want to know what she thought about us next time. So I look at her and say ok. So what are we going to do. She told me about it, but I won't give you any, we don't give away veils, it's worth the money, everyone could want that. I couldn't ask anything else. Since I don't live far away, I said that if there was no other option, we would return home for veils. I was so shocked and just went home. I went back with my son and said if I could go to Mr. Quail. That said, by no means does she have to measure the temperature and I have to write it all down on paper. I understand that she has to abide by the regulations, but I think it could be solved in a human and friendly way and she would be able to complete this information herself (I mean a specific temperature), I know the statement that I have to sign and fill it out.
