Automobil jsem do servisu pristavil v utery (celkova prohlidka, vymena rozvodu, oleje, filtru, kontrola podvozku atd...) s tim, ze v patek bude hotove. Ve ctvrtek, kdyz jsem volal kvuli ceny (cena byla stanovena kolem 15 000), mi bylo receno ze to do patku nestihnou a ze v pondeli to bude na 100%. V pondeli jsem tam dopoledne byl osobne a bylo mi receno ze auto bude hotove odpoledne ale zaroven ze jim maji jeste prijit dily a netusi jestli prijdou. Tak nevim co tim myslel... Taky jsme se v to pondeli jeste domlouvali ze mi odpoledne zavolaji kvuli cene. Nezavolali. V utery volam jak na tom jsou a opet nezklamali! Auto jeste nemaji a dily jeste nedorazily! Cena nove stanovena na 17500kc a dale me informovali o silentblocich motoru ktere je treba vymenit v cene 5000kc a druhy 4000kc. Coz se mi tedy nezdalo protoze na netu(original nove dily) je na me auto nejdrazsi drzak motoru za 3000,zbyle silentbloky pod tuto cenu. Opravu odmitam! Streda: volam jim v 15:40h kvuli informacim na dve tel cisla. Nikdo to nebere! Na to ze maji do 16:00h a jsou ve skluzu tak ze by to zabalili driv?! Ctvrtek: Neco po 9h jsem byl v servisu osobne. Ptam se na svuj vuz a na to kde vzali tu cenu silentbloku?! Zmatene na me hledi a vymysli. Jeden stoji 3500 a druhy 4000 po chvili zase tvrdi ze oba stoji 5000 atd... Jdeme za servisakem. Manager se ho pta co je jeste treba opravit? Opravar ze je vuz hotov. Manager je sam prekvapen. Ze by spatna komunikace?! No co uz... Kdyz uz jsou ve skluzu tak uz je to asi jedno jak dlouho. Manager mi oznamuje ze musi dat dokupy jeste papiry. Odpoledne mi pry zavola. V 15:00h volam jak na tom jsou. Je pry na zkusebni jizde a zavola za deset min. Jsem zvedavy na ten sloh papiru za cely den! Nikdo nevola a v 15:45h mi to nikdo nebere! V 16:25 vola servisak a stanovuje cenu na temer 22000kc. V patek rano neco po 9h prebiram vozidlo. Papiry ktere delal ve ctvrtek cely den byly dve totozne A4 ktere tiskl az dnes kdyz jsem tam prisel. Prochazim s mechanikem vymenene dily. Ptam se ho na silentbloky zadni napravy. Prijde mi ze se na ne ani nedival! Odpoved ze ''asi dobry'' mi neprijde prilis presvedciva. Po zaplaceni predany klice a bez jakekoliv omluvy za zpozdeni, neprijemnosti atd. odchazim s jedinou uspokojivou myslenkou- ze uz se sem nemusim nikdy vracet! Odpoved: Urcite nemam cas abych jim zprominutim plytval na neco pro me jiz nepodstatneho. Svuj cas jsem vam venoval vice nez bylo treba (viz clanek). Pokud najdu volny cas budu jej radeji venovat svym dete. Vzhledem k tomu ze vase reakce na mou recenzi (zkusenost) vam trvala pul roku a oprava meho vozu o tyden dele nez bylo puvodne stanoveno neverim ze cokoliv u vas jde rychle. O svou zkusenost jsem se tady podelil a ted je na kazdem aby se rozhodl zda si to vyzkousi na vlastni kuzi nebo ne.

They do not have a car yet and the parts have not arrived yet! Price newly set at 17500kc and we also informed about silentblocks of the engine that need to be exchanged in the price of 5000kc and the other 4000kc. Which did not seem to me because the net (original new parts) is on my car the most expensive engine bracket for 3000, the remaining silentblocks below this price. I refuse repair! Wednesday: I call them at 15: 40h for information on two numbers. Nobody takes it! They have until 16: 00h and are in slip so they would pack it earlier ?! Thursday: Something after 9h I was in the service in person. I ask about your car and where did they get the silentblock price ?! Confused to look at me and think up. One costs 3500 and the other 4000 after a while again from both costs 5000 etc ... We go to the service. The manager asks him what else needs to be repaired? Repairman that the car is done. The manager is surprised. Is communication poor ?! Well what already ... When they are in slip so it does not care how long. The manager tells me that he has to add more paper. He said he called me this afternoon. At 3:00 pm, I'm calling as they are. He's out on a test drive and called in ten minutes. I'm curious about the style of the paper all day! Nobody called and at 15: 45h nobody took it from me! At 16:25 call servisak and sets the price at almost 22000kc. On Friday morning after 9am take over the vehicle. The papers he did on Thursday all day were two identical A4s that he printed up to today when I arrived there. I'm going through the replacement parts mechanic. I ask him about the rear axle bushings. I think he doesn't even look at them! The answer to '' probably good '' doesn't seem too convincing. After paying the sold keys and without any excuse for the delay, inconvenience, etc., I leave with a single satisfying thought - that I never have to come back here! Answer: I certainly do not have time to waste them for something irrelevant for me. I spent my time more than necessary (see article). If I find free time I would rather give it to my children. Given that your response to my review (experience) took you half a year and repairing my car a week longer than it was originally determined I do not believe anything you are going fast. I shared my experience here and now it is up to everyone to decide whether to try it on their own skin or not.

Upřesnění recenze. Na příjmu zakázek přístup k zákazníkům chválím. Příjemné a vstřícné chování. S opravou jsem byl spokojen ale když jsem dojel domů a zjistil že mi chybí kryt motoru a olejová měrka tak jsem jel zpatky.Po vrácení do servisu jsem šel primo za servisákem který to měl na starosti, nijak jsem to nehrotil a upozornil na chybějící díly. Servisák se mi omluvil a vše rychle uvedl do pořádku. Oprava byla provedena velmi rychle k mé spokojenosti. S rychlostí opravy a cenou jsem spokojen. Měl jsem možnost si opravu osobně prohlédnout i když ještě nebylo auto připraveno k předání a konzultovat opravu přímo na dílně s opravářem. To v některých servisech vůbec není možné . Komunikace servisu se zákazníkem na výborné úrovni. Jak jsem byl informován servisem měli tam frmol tak se chybička vloudila. Servis se mi omluvil taktéž. Byla to má první oprava v tomto servisu. Pokud budu moci přijedu zase.

After returning to the service, I went directly to the service technician who was in charge, I did not point it out and pointed out the missing parts. The serviceman apologized to me and quickly put everything in order. The repair was done very quickly to my satisfaction. I am satisfied with the speed of repair and the price. I had the opportunity to see the repair in person, even if the car was not yet ready for delivery and consult the repair directly in the workshop with the repairman. This is not possible at all in some services. Service communication with the customer at an excellent level. As I was informed by the service they had a rumble there so the mistake crept in. The service apologized to me as well. It was my first repair at this service. If I can, I'll come again.
