Radím vám se vyhnout značkám,které mají tento servis jako autorizovaný.Reklamoval jsem (naštěstí přes prodejce) monitor Phillips.Po 3 týdnech poslali ze servisu monitor zpátky,reklamace uznána,vyměněn panel.Ovšem vyměněný byl za jiný typ,který sice fyzicky vypadá stejně,ale má nižší rozlišení i frekvenci,než můj původní.Navíc jeho podsvícení bylo na různých místech do žluta,jako by jen vzali monitor z nějaké jiné reklamace a poslali mi ho.Tak jsem druhý den monitor odvezl zpátky do obchodu,kde se rozběhla reklamace nová.Po dalších 3 týdnech poslali monitor z reklamace č.2 zpátky do obchodu.Díky dřívější zkušenosti jsem monitor kontroloval hned tam,abych si ušetřil případnou další zbytečnou cestu.Jak už jistě tušíte,v krabici byl opět nesprávný typ panelu,proto jsem ho tam hned nechal na reklamaci č.3.Další den mi prodejce poslal zpátky peníze,takže konec dobrý,ale ztratil jsem tím dost času a projel hodně kilometrů.
I advise you to avoid brands that have this service as authorized. I complained (fortunately through a dealer) Phillips monitor. After 3 weeks they sent the monitor back from the service, complaint accepted, panel replaced. However, it was replaced with another type, which physically looks the same but it has a lower resolution and frequency than my original. In addition, its backlight was yellow in various places, as if they had just taken the monitor from some other complaint and sent it to me. So the next day I took the monitor back to the store, where the complaint started new. After another 3 weeks, they sent the monitor from complaint No. 2 back to the store. Thanks to previous experience, I checked the monitor right there to save any further unnecessary travel. He immediately left there for complaint No. 3. The next day the seller sent me back the money, so the end is good, but I lost a lot of time and drove a lot of kilometers.

Při prvotním kontaktu mi sice položili telefon, ale při jednání na místě naprostá pohoda. Umístění v bývalém průmyslovém komplexu bez výrazného označení budí rozpaky, ale na vrátnici vás nasměrují. Parkoviště v okolí jsou téměř pořád obsazena. MHD je mnohem schůdnější.
They hung up on my phone during the initial contact, but I was absolutely comfortable during the meeting on the spot. The location in the former industrial complex without a significant sign is embarrassing, but you will be directed to the gatehouse. Parking lots in the area are almost always occupied. Public transport is much more feasible.

Několikrát jsem jim posílal monitor BenQ (drahý a prý profesionální, mimochodem pěkný křáp) na reklamaci. Vše bylo krásně zabaleno v neporušené originální krabici (monitor se pokazil po ani ne měsíci). Když se mi z reklamace vrátil, krabice byla domlácená a obal panelu byl rozřezaný na spoustu cárů, takže kus monitoru trčel v krabici ven. Navíc do reklamačního protokolu napsali, že panel vyměnili za bezvadný kus a že jej otestovali a vše ok. Jenže když jsem ho zapnul, do ksichtu mě udeřil zelený prosvítající flek na levé straně. Každý, kdo by ten monitor někdy zapnul alespoň na 2 vteřiny, by to viděl. Bylo to vidět i za denního osvětlení. Jenže "profíci" z tohoto servisu to označili jako "test ok", zabalili to do roztrhaného obalu a poslali zpět. Jenže to nebyl konec. Asi zde zaměstnávají naprosté mentály nebo je to nějaký projekt chráněné dílny - ani 3. kus monitoru, servisem označený opět jako "bezvadný" nefungoval. Opět šílené vady podsvícení, viditelné na první pohled. Myslím, že slepec bodající do toho monitoru svojí bílou holí by ho opravil kvalitněji, než tihle "profesionálové". Jsem si dokonce jistý, že i ten slepec by si všiml, co za vadný šrot posílá zpět zákazníkovi. Naštěstí se mi po 3 měsících neustálých reklamací povedlo z obchodu vymámit peníze zpět. Se značkou BenQ, se kterou kupujete i "péči" těchto výlupků, už nechci mít nic společného.
Several times I sent them a BenQ monitor (expensive and supposedly professional, by the way, a nice mess) for complaints. Everything was beautifully packed in an intact original box (the monitor broke down after less than a month). When he returned to me from the complaint, the box was crushed and the panel cover was cut into a lot of lines, so that a piece of the monitor stuck out in the box. In addition, they wrote in the complaint report that they had replaced the panel with a perfect piece and that they had tested it and everything was fine. But when I turned it on, a green translucent spot on the left struck me in the face. Anyone who ever turned on the monitor for at least 2 seconds would see it. It was visible even in daylight. But the "pros" from this service called it a "ok test," wrapped it in a torn package, and sent it back. But it was not the end. They probably employ complete mentality here or it's a project of a sheltered workshop - not even the 3rd piece of the monitor, again marked by the service as "perfect", did not work. Again, crazy backlight flaws, visible at first glance. I think a blind man stabbing the monitor with his white stick would fix it better than these "professionals". I'm even sure that even the blind man would notice what he sends back to the customer for the defective scrap. Fortunately, after 3 months of constant complaints, I managed to get the money back from the store. I don't want to have anything to do with the BenQ brand, with which you also buy the "care" of these exhausts.

Za mě velice professionální přístup. Měl jsem monitor na který mi blikal pixelu na displayi, po reklamaci s Alzou po třech týdnech vráceno s popisem "závada nenalezena" a neopraveno. Po mailu a osobní předání na pobočku jsem poslal i fotky a videa kde display bliká. Po dvou dnech objednáno náhradní displej a rovnou jsem proto došel osobně. Doporučuju.
A very professional approach for me. I had a monitor on which a pixel flashed on my display, after a complaint with Alza returned after three weeks with the description "fault not found" and not fixed. After e-mail and personal delivery to the branch, I also sent photos and videos where the display flashes. After two days, a replacement display was ordered, so I came straight in person. I recommend.

Very very bad... They moved, I had to go to different address. Open time till 17h, but at 16h nobody was present at new address. Address is very hidden, 3rd floor in very old stock building.

Had to deal with this company because BenQ chooses them as a servicepartner for warranty requests. So I got my refurbished (replacement) Monitor from asupport. Both Devices they sent to me were damaged, badly. Monitor #1 came with 2 dead pixels, glass damage, was extremely dusty and filled with fingerprints on the screen. Monitor #2 came with 2 dead pixels and a color problem on the color white. It is especially funny once you know that they were supposed to replace a monitor with 2 dead pixels. My suggestion: avoid asupport. I can't tell how good/bad they are with other repairs but when it comes to monitors repairs or cleaning the product before it is being sent away, asuport is utterly incompetent.

I had some failed pixels on my LCD, still under warranty. They replaced panel for new one but it has still some failed pixels just in different place, visible by eye. Is this really how professional customer service works?

Asked just for the spare SATA connector replacement parts. They would send me 6 refurbished pieces (taken from different motherboard) for 450CZK (without taxes) which is extremely overprices for a used part like this. On aliexpress you can get 100pcs for $10.. They are unfair and plays tricks on customers to get as much as possible from your wallet. Not recommending.
