Když jsem se po další půlhodině dovolala podruhé, sdělila mi ta táž paní Zuzana, že podací číslo od balíčku neví a že to stejně “ posílají obyceně”, čímž mě chtěla očividně zmást, ale to už jsem prudce reagovala. Každý balíček přes Českou Poštu má svůj podací lístek s přiděleným číslem! Celkově na internetu samé negativní recenze na tuto “firmu”, škoda jen, že jsem se nepodívala dřív. Jo a mám prý chodit na poštu se ptát ? Za mě nedávám žádnou hvězdu... The goods did not arrive even after almost 2 months, you wait half an hour on the customer line for the connection, after asking for the delivery number of the shipment, Mrs. Zuzana gave me the phone, a meeting worthy of thieves !!! When I called for the second time after another half hour, the same Mrs. Zuzana told me that she didn't know the delivery number from the package and that they were "sending it anyway" anyway, which obviously wanted to confuse me, but I reacted sharply. Each package via Česká Pošta has its own delivery note with an assigned number! Overall, the negative reviews on this "company" on the Internet, it's a pity that I haven't looked before. Yeah, and I'm supposed to go to the post office to ask I don't give a star for me ...
