★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U paní Kateřiny jsem prostřednictví Fléru objednala keramickou cedulku na dům. Byla to pátá objednávka v tomto ateliéru. A je to již půl roku a já nemám ani cedulku, ani peníze. Na písemnou komunikaci nereaguje a pokud bych si sama nenašla telefon, nevím nic.
Rozhodně tento ateliér nedoporučuji. Jste pro mě velkým zklamáním.

 I ordered a ceramic sign for the house from Mrs. Kateřina through Fléra. It was the fifth order in this studio. And it's been half a year and I have no sign or money. She doesn't respond to written communication and if I can't find the phone myself, I don't know anything.
I definitely do not recommend this studio. You are a great disappointment to me.
