★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U pana Zilvara jsme si na doporučení objednali stavbu krbu do RD, ale od začátku byly neustálé problémy s termíny, reklamací poškozeného zboží a komunikací. Krb dosud nemáme a čekací lhůta byla prodloužena na 3 měsíce! Pokud si chce někdo ušetřit peníze a hlavně nervy, tak ať se této firmě raději vyhne.
 For Mr. Zilvara we have ordered the construction of a fireplace in the RD, but from the beginning there were constant problems with terms, complaints of damaged goods and communications. We do not have a fireplace yet and the waiting period has been extended to 3 months! If someone wants to save money and especially nerves, let him rather avoid this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komunikace s panem Zilvarem v první půlce přípravy krbu probíhala dobře, ale po zaplacení a podpisu smluv se již však přístup změnil a došlo k pochybením, které nás stojí peníze. Z důvodu neochoty dostavit se na místní šetření v průběhu příprav krbu nám v novostavbě pan Zilvar zapříčinil problémy, které již nikdo nikdy nevyřeší. Externí stavař krbů, který u nás krb stavěl a byl k nám zaslán panem Zilvarem nám navíc potvrdil, že tyto problémy jsou u pana Zilvara běžné. Bohužel závěrem doporučit určitě nemohu.Je mi líto.
Communication with Mr. Zilvar in the first half of the fireplace preparation went well, but after paying and signing the contracts, however, the approach changed and there were mistakes that cost us money. Due to the reluctance to attend the local investigation during the preparations for the fireplace, Mr. Zilvar caused us problems in the new building that no one will ever solve again. The external fireplace builder, who built the fireplace for us and was sent to us by Mr. Zilvar, also confirmed to us that these problems are common with Mr. Zilvar. Unfortunately, in the end I can definitely not recommend. I'm sorry.
