★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEDOPORUČUJI!!! Diky teto cestovni agenture jsem prisla o necelych 30 000 Kč. Pres leto samej brigadnik, ktery nebyl dostatecne proskolen... Ze zdravotnich duvodu jsem nemohla odletet na dovolenou a Atlas mi doporucil si u nich zridit cestovni pojisteni s tim, ze mi bude vraceno 80%z ceny zaplaceneho zajezdu. Verila jsem jim a automaticky mi cestovni agentura Atlas zridila cestovni pojisteni u Allianz. Ukazalo se, ze pojistovna Allianz ma ohledne techto zdravotnich duvodu vyluku, tudiz jsem prisla o veskere penize. Agentura Atlas ani nevi co zakaznikum nabizi, nejde jim o spokojenost zakaznika. Diky jejich spatnym informacim me financne poskodili. Kdybych si udelala cestovni pojisteni v jine pojistovne bylo by mi vraceno az 90% z ceny zajezdu.
Neverte co vam navykladaji, vse si sami overte nez neco podepisete, pak uz neni cesty zpet.
NEDOPORUČUJI !!! Thanks to this travel agency I lost nearly 30 000 CZK. During the summer, a temporary worker who was not adequately trained ... For health reasons I could not leave for vacation and Atlas recommended me to set up a travel insurance with them, that I will be refunded 80% of the price of the trip. I trusted them, and Atlas travel agency automatically set up my travel insurance with Allianz. It turned out that the insurance company Allianz has the exclusion of these health reasons, so I lost all the money. Atlas Agency does not even know what the customers offer, they do not care about customer satisfaction. Thanks to their bad information, they financially damaged me. If I had travel insurance in another insurance company I would be refunded up to 90% of the travel price.
Do not believe what you do, check everything before you sign, then no way back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEDOPORUČUJI!!! Voucher jsem si zde odkoupil od známé. Naprosto neprofesionální přístup ke klientovi. Špatně vyplněné smlouvy o zájezdu, bez razítka a podpisu. Velmi špatná komunikace ze strany Atlasu, téměř nulová. Agentura Vás tlačí jet pouze s jednou ckEti, kde není výběr zájezdů, pouze Egypt s odletem z ČR, ten jsme ale vyloučili z neakceptovaní očkování na covid. Ostatní destinace nabízí ckEti s odletem z Vídně a ještě tyto zájezdy prodává s jinou cenou než má na webu a prodává je od svých partnerů( jiných ck) Vše jsme předali právníkovi. Pokud chcete na klidnou dovolenou, vyberte si velkou ck a ne Atlas.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! I bought a voucher here from an acquaintance. Absolutely unprofessional approach to the client. Incorrectly completed travel contracts, without stamp and signature. Very poor communication from Atlas, almost zero. The agency is pushing you to go with only one ckEti, where there is no choice of tours, only Egypt with departure from the Czech Republic, but we excluded it from unaccepted vaccination for covid. Other destinations are offered by ckEti with a departure from Vienna and he still sells these tours at a different price than he has on the web and sells them from his partners (other ck). We handed everything over to a lawyer. If you want a quiet holiday, choose a large ck and not an Atlas.
