★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing to witness a cold war atom bunker. Too bad there are no English tours just yet. Still interesting to come and visit. Questions, even in English, were answered very professionally. Friendly guides!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner knows a lot of history and is fond of nuclear power and weapons. Even though the guide spoke in Czech, the owner agreed give us (7 foreigners) a summary in English at the end of the tour. I will go there again by myself to read all the information available and look at all the items and photos related to nuclear power.

It would be perfect if there was an English version of this tour.
But we enjoyed it.
Just be aware that in the bunker is around 6⁰C. So suitable clothes is a must.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The enthousiasm of the museum people is recommendable. The website of the museum had already warned the tour is only in Czech. Unfortunately the first 3/4 hour were a lecture that as a foreigner I couldn't follow. The tour of the bunker that followed was interesting.
Of course I understand that this is a Czech museum. However I noticed that apart from me several foreigners were present. So some attention to non native speakers would highly boost the value of the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very knowledgeable guide, unfortunately the tours are only on Saturdays at 13:00 and currently only in Czech. The tour guide is enthusiastic. The speaking part lasts about 60 minutes and then you can enter the depot. Inside there are some steep stairs to climb down and it's chilly. Dogs are allowed too. Free parking on site. About 30 minutes from Plzen.
