★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Nespokojenost po více návštěvách. U složitější opravy se už neozvali. Jindy u výměny oleje byla cena sdělená před úkonem cca 1300Kč. Po výměně mi bylo sděleno, že to je cena za materiál. U takto triviální operace bych, čekal, že mi sdělí konečnou (přibližnou) cenu včetně práce. Místo cca 1300Kč to bylo 2300Kč a tedy překvapení. Navíc mi byly proaktivně vyměněny přední stěrače za cca 800Kč, pro starý Megane trochu moc, ne?”
“Dissatisfaction after multiple visits. For more complicated repairs, they did not respond. Other times the oil price was communicated before the operation about 1300CZK. After the exchange, I was told it was the price of the material. For such a trivial operation, I would expect to tell me the final (approximate) price, including work. Instead of about 1300CZK it was 2300CZK and therefore a surprise. In addition, I was proactively replaced the front wipers for about 800CZK, for old Megane a little too much, right? ”
