Heute befindet sich hier das sehenswerte Johann Christoph Handke-Museum mit einer Vielzahl von Werken des großen Malers aus dem 18. Jhd. Andere Räume stehen der Bevölkerung für Konzerte, Jugendgruppen, Puppentheater und vieles mehr zur Verfügung. Der Hof wird für Freilichtkonzerte genutzt. Nicht versäumen sollte man eine Führung durch das Kloster, wobei ein Besuch der Kirche eingeschlossen ist. Ganz toll ist auch die Vorführung der schönen Jugendstil-Orgel in der Kirche. Mein Tipp: Unbedingt besuchen! You are well worth seeing, the old rooms of the ehmaligen monastery, which was opened by Josef II. M	Martin Ondrus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Původně kratičkou návštěvu Šternberka prodloužila cedule u kostela Zvěstování Panny Marie "dnes otevřeno". I když bylo úterý dopoledne a byli jsme jen dva, ujal se náš průvodce, se kterým jsme prošli bývalým klášterem od sklepení až po místnosti s nádhernými stropy, obrazy , seznámili se s jeho historii, včetně té novodobé, která je zaměřena na záchranu této památky. Poutavé vyprávění bylo doplněno ukázkami hry na historické hudební nástroje a zpěvu průvodce. Prohlídka byla zakončena u varhan kostela, doplněna hrou a zpěvem. Děkujeme za krásný zážitek. Návštěvu doporučuji. The originally short visit to Šternberk was extended by signs at the Church of the Annunciation "open today". The compelling narrative was complemented by demonstrations of playing historical instruments and a singing guide. The tour ended at the church organ, complete with playing and singing.
