★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma s velmi podivným přístupem ke svým klientům - komunikují velmi pomalu a neochotně, nemovitost spravují velmi laxně až apaticky. Účtují správce, ten v nemovitosti po měsíce není k dispozici žádný den týdnu. Roční vyúčtování dávají každoročně o celé měsíce později, než je stanovený konec dubna (a chyba není na straně spravované nemovitosti - všechny podklady mají k dispozici na konci března). Na vyzvání a vyjádření k prodlení či k nečinnosti nereagují vůbec nebo vágně, vytýkací dopisy ignorují. Nedoporučuji skutečně žádnému SVJ, aby se o ně takovýto nesprávce "staral".
 A company with a very strange approach to its clients - they communicate very slowly and reluctantly, they manage the property very laxly and apathetically. They charge the manager, the one in the property for months is not available any day of the week. Annual bills are given annually for months later than the set end of April (and the error is not on the side of the managed property - all documents are available at the end of March). They do not respond at all or vaguely to calls and statements for delay or inactivity, they ignore reprimand letters. I really don't recommend any SVJ to "take care" of such a mess.
