Very kind staff.
The breakfast was great and the room big.
Good the location close to the shopping mall and very near to the tram stop that in 5 stops brings you to the Prague Castle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good if you do not want to stay in the very city core. Štefanikova street lies in the left side of the river dividing the capital city of Czech Republic while the state authorities, bus terminal and central railway station are located in the opposite side of the river.
Rooms are located in an apartment house where the hotel is situated in one or two floors only.
Safety is good, a 24-hour porter and then two lockable doors before you reach the elevator to the apartment. Pretty quiet place if you're ready for the noise in the inner yard in the morning. The tram stop is in close proximity, a large department store, and small shops are close by. Metro station Angel in walking distance.
A very worn sofa in the corridor before entering the apartment spoils the impression. My apartment was a little shady, but it's because the windows are going to the inner courtyard. Instead of liquid soap in the bathroom just the features of a connecting bottle, I had a miniature piece of soap. Mrs. receptionist was very demanding to leave the apartment before the formal departure time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice small hotel with reasonable prices. It is located 15 minutes only from major city attractions. The main tramway lines run in front of the hotel. Free breakfast is continental but includes enough food for lunch also. The personnel was friendly helpful.
Our room was a suite, with a balcony.
Highly recommended for couples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a good place for extended stay, as they offer apartments with a kitchenette, sitting area etc. Even if you have to stay longer time inside with your travel mates (because of covid, bed weather or any other reason), each of you can find their own corner so you don't have cabin fever.
Apartments are nice and quite large, location is super convenient, near the city centre and literally a few steps from the tram stop. There are just two things to mention: there is no aircon, which is absolutely OK for 98% of the year, but if you stay there in those 1-2 weeks of the year when it is quite hot in Prague, you may prefer a place where aircon is available.
And the hotel could also improve the services a little bit. Some staffs were not very friendly, especially towards my husband who does not speak Czech and sometimes didn't understand their instructions. If they change that particular thing, it will become a really excellent place ?
