★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mely zavolat a dat vedet jaka bude cena za opravu, ale nedaly vedet a jeste sem musela ptat ja a taky mi slibily ze mi daji vedet cenu bohuzel se nestalo se tak. ALE JINAK BYLY PRIJEMNI, AZ NA TU CENU PRED VANOCEMI.
They were supposed to call and let them know what the price would be for the repair, but they didn't let me know and I still had to ask me and they also promised to let me know the price, unfortunately it didn't happen. BUT OTHERWISE THEY WERE PLEASANT, AT THE PRICE BEFORE CHRISTMAS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prasklá pružina pérování na dovolené. Firma provedla opravu do druhého dne. Byl jsem naprosto spokojený s přístupem k zákazníkovi (vstřícný přístup a doporučení servisních techniků týkající se opravy) a kvalitou opravy.
Cracked spring suspension on holiday. The company repaired the next day. I was absolutely satisfied with the approach to the customer (helpful approach and service technicians' recommendations regarding repair) and the quality of the repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měli jsme poruchu v Lázně - Lipová, odešla nám baterka, takže nepojízdné auto. Volali jsme předem, že dojedeme odtahovkou s tím, že to asi nestihneme do zavírací doby. Pán byl velice milý, ochotný, dal mi své číslo, že do servisu dojede až tam budeme a vše sepíšeme a domluvíme se. Nakonec nám nabídl, že nás odveze zpět na chatu, kde jsme byli ubytovaní a ani za to nich chtěl. Druhý den bylo auto opravené, cena nebyla přemrštěná, pracovník, co to s námi řešil byl opět milý, vše nám vysvětlil, názorně ukázal, doporučil další postupy, atd. Opravdu doporučuji.
We had a breakdown in Lazne - Lipova, we left the flashlight, so the immobile car. We called in advance to reach the tow truck, saying we might not be able to make it to the closing time. The Lord was very kind, helpful, he gave me his number, that he will arrive at the service when we are there and we write and arrange everything. Finally, he offered us to take us back to the cottage where we were staying and didn't even want them. The next day the car was repaired, the price was not exorbitant, the worker who dealt with us was again nice, explained everything to us, illustrated it, recommended further procedures, etc. I really recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis jsem si zvolila na základě kladných recenzí a to, že náhradní díly mají od Bosch. Při své dovolené se mi porouchal snímač otáček kliky hřídele na motoru. Nejprve mi v servisu řekli, že mají volno až další týden, poprosila jsem je, zdali by to dokázali tento týden, že ve čtvrtek musím odjet. Auto jsem tam nechala v pondělí ráno, kde se diagnostikou potvrdila závada. Přislíbili mi, že ve středu se auto dostane na dílnu a že opraví nejnutnější. Ještě v podělí odpoledne mi volali, že je auto opravené. Naprostá spokojenost jak s kvalitou opravy, rychlostí tak i s cenou. Pokud se Vám porouchá auto, určitě doporučuji využít služeb Autoservisu BPK.
I chose the service based on the positive reviews and the fact that they have spare parts from Bosch. During my vacation, my shaft crank speed sensor on the engine broke down. First they told me in the service that they were off until another week, I asked them if they could prove it this week, that I have to leave on Thursday. I left the car there on Monday morning, where the fault confirmed the fault. They promised me that the car would get to the workshop on Wednesday and that it would repair the essentials. Back in the afternoon, they called me to say that the car was repaired. Absolute satisfaction with the quality of the repair, speed and price. If your car breaks down, I definitely recommend using the services of Autoservis BPK.
