★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minulý tyden mi v servisu opravovali brzdový systém. Vše se zdálo v pohodě .Komunikace sice hrozná po ujištění že zavolají a budou mě informovat jsem si až další den musel zjistit kdy auto bude hotové . Následující den kdy auto mělo být hotové a nikdo stále nevolal jsem musel do servisu osobně zajet a zjistit že na autě je další závada a auto bude až další den .
Po předání auta kde byl měněný brzdový válec a nové brzdové trubičky se zdálo být vše v pohodě až do té doby než auto jelo další týden na STK .
Kde neprošlo z důvodu nevhodně použitého materiálu na brzdové vedení .
Kde v servisu namontovali brzdové trubky z mědi které nesmí být na voze s ABS použity . Autu byla odejmuta známka TK a dál nesmělo odjet .
Po rozhovoru s člověkem zřejmě majitelem servisu mi bylo vysvětleno že je mu jedno co tvrdí technická kontrola že on to takto děla 15 let . V závěru došel k tomu že si sám mám auto dopravit i bez TK do servisu ať mi to někde opraví a přivezu mu zpět jeho trubičky že pak mi za ně vrátí peníze .
Vůbec nemá chuť řešit že auto z tk nemůže odjet . Musel se zařídit odtah do servisu na výměnu jeho práce za kterou dostal zaplaceno .
zde je norma která o tomto píše ISO - 7098 . Pokud to tedy v servisu takto vedou a ještě mají přístup k reklamaci stylem odtáhněte si to sám někam do servisu a díly mi pak přivezte tak to potěš .... .
Určitě se tomuto servisu raději vyhněte ani si nedovedu představit jak funguje jejich autobazar, ale podle recenzí níže asi dost podobně
Last week, my service center repaired the brake system. Everything seemed fine. The communication was terrible after making sure that they would call and inform me, I had to find out the next day when the car would be ready. The next day, when the car was supposed to be ready and no one still called, I had to go to the service in person and find out that there is another defect in the car and the car will not be until the next day.
After handing over the car where the brake cylinder was changed and the new brake tubes, everything seemed fine until the car went to the MOT for another week.
Where it did not pass due to improperly used material on the brake line.
Where in the service they installed copper brake pipes which must not be used on a car with ABS. The car's TK stamp was revoked and it was no longer allowed to leave.
After talking to a man, probably the owner of the service, it was explained to me that he didn't care what the technical inspection claimed, that he had been doing this for 15 years. In the end, he came to the conclusion that I have to transport the car myself even without a TC to have it repaired somewhere, and I bring his tubes back to him and then return the money for them.
He has no desire at all to solve that the car cannot leave the car. He had to arrange towing to the service to exchange his work for which he was paid.
here is the standard which writes ISO - 7098 about this. So if they do it in the service in this way and still have access to the complaint in style, drag it somewhere to the service and bring the parts to me so you will enjoy it ....
I'm sure you'd better avoid this service, and I can't imagine how their used car market works, but according to the reviews below, it's probably quite similar.

Stočené kilometry v inzerátu samozřejmě se zárukou, všechny vozy jezdí dlouhé trasy a jsou po důchodci co se pečlivě staral. Ale servisní kniha se buď omylem zatoulala nebo je vytvořená z jiného kusu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakoupil jsem auto u kterého mi po třech dnes odešla elektrika ( zamykání pravých dveří ). Psal jsem pánovi a domluvil se s nim na termínu, kdy mám auto přivést. Další pracovní den jsem mel auto opravené. Pan to vzal na záruku, takže jsem neplatil ani korunu. Ono záleží na přístupu. Když se chováte normálně a slušně tady Vám to vrátí stejnou minci. Za mě maximální spokojest a jen doporučuji.
I bought a car from which I lost electricity today after three (locking the right door). I wrote to the master and agreed with him on the date when I should bring the car. The next working day I had the car repaired. Mr. took it as a guarantee, so I didn't pay a penny. It depends on the approach. If you behave normally and decently here it will return the same coin. Maximum satisfaction for me and I only recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji prodává neověřené a bouraná auta. A ještě to nikomu neřekne.Ted jsou problémy to prodat, přišel jsem o 30 tis. Arogantní a namyšlený. NEKUPUJTE NIC ani ventilek. DEJTE SI POZOR.
I do not recommend selling unverified and wrecked cars. And he won't tell anyone yet. Now there are problems selling it, I lost 30 thousand. Arrogant and conceited. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING or valve. BE CAREFUL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi před měsícem jsem zde zakoupil vůz land rover Discovery 3 ,vše proběhlo v pořádku, pan byl vstřícný a zařídil i přepis vozu. Informace o vozidle byly dostatečné. . vyhodou je že mají i vlastní servis. Pan si na nic nehrál a nechal mi dostatek času na prohlídku ač už měl po pracovní dobe. Člověk si musí uvědomit že zakupuje ojetý vůz a počítat s tím že něco prostě odejít může. Ani prodávající nemůže mít rentgenové oči a vidět neviditelné. Za mě spokojenost a mohu jen doporučit!!!!
About a month ago, I bought a Land Rover Discovery 3 car here, everything went well, Mr. was helpful and arranged a transcript of the car. The vehicle information was sufficient. . the advantage is that they also have their own service. Mr. didn't play anything and left me plenty of time to inspect, even though he already had after work.
