★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought new XC90 here and when they sold me a car for 74.000eur, everyone was super friendly and nice. After 3 years and 124.000km the engine broke down completely. The car was regularly serviced at official Volvo dealer on every 20.000km and not 30.0000km as suggested by Volvo.
It is hard to comprehend and understand these damage on almost new car, so my idea was that people at Autocardion will help me and find solutions to minimise the stress and disappointment. Once I asked them for help, their first response was: '' sorry, we can not help you after 2 years there is no warranty''
I was hoping for more sincere approach and some suggestions offered, how to solve the problem but no, answer was in one single sentence... I heard that Volvo, is (in such a extraordinary damages) offering ''Goodwill'' - additional discount. The manager at Autocardion told me that I am not able to get Goodwill, since I serviced the car at another official Volvo dealer and not at them. Later when I checked with Volvo, they told me that all it matters is that the car is regularly serviced at offical Volvo dealer and it is not important which dealer. The engine replacement cost was around 15.000 eur, luckily another Volvo dealer helped me and arranged Goodwill for me, so the total expense was 11.800 eur. What bothered me the most is, that: I could extend the official warranty of the car before 2 years warranty but nobody informed me that these is possible!!??? I have no clue, no idea, no information that extending the warranty is possible. If anyone from Autocardion did their job and truly and genuinely cared about the clients who bought such an expensive car and not just care about selling and bonuses, I would avoid the 12.000 eur cost and be grateful to them and forever their client. Only because of their lack of service to the client and no after sales protocol, these situation happened, otherwise I would be informed about possible warranty extension (Volvo select) and they could even earn money on seling additional warranty but they did not do their job correctly...
Since their attitude was far from being helpful and caring, I found a better dealer, that helped me solved the problem with a car and I also bought new XC60 for my wife. I could bought it at Autocardion but I know that if I would have a problem, they do not care, once you take the car out of the saloon and give them the money, do not expect from them to care for You - to let you know about extending the warranty on time, or to call or email You in anyway no, they care for profit, bonuses and when you have a problem - You are on your own!!!
Do you really want to risk and buy a car here??
I will never visit them again, so disappointed with their lack of support and care, companies like these do not deserve the clients... I just hoped, that my genuine review (should be published in newspaper) will help another naive client to think twice about doing business with them, once the problem comes, you will be on your own, as I was unfortunately... but it is not every dealer like that!
