★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den auto vypůjčené smrdělo odpadem již druhý den.Po telefonátu s majitelem,....kupte savo.Po třech dnech dezinfikovani jsme zjistili že dýcháme výpary z přebíjení baterie a to i na kabel do sítě.Po návratu na základnu bylo vedle kanceláře hromada vypalenych baterii.Asi víte co chci říct a co jsme dýchali.
 After a phone call with the owner, .... buy the savo.Po three days disinfected, we found that we breathe fumes from overcharging the battery and even the cable to the network.After returning to the base was next to the office pile You know what I mean and what we breathed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Co se tyce samotneho vozu, vedeli jsme, pro co jedeme. Vse ostatni byla jen obrovska komedie a neprofesionalita. Na oteviraci dobu nekoukejte, funguji jen na telefon a kdyz si s nimi dvakrat domluvite schuzku, jsou schopni prijet i o hodinu pozde. Pri ukazce i prodeji neustale resi jina auta a zvedaji telefony. Prodejce se snazi ukazat, ze o modelu auta neco vi a vymysli si nesmyslne pohadky. Nemaji zadny prehled o celkovem stavu, historii, papirech, kdy jsme museli auto prihlasovat na dvakrat od jeste puvodniho majitele. Takhle se auta nedelaji.
As for the car itself, we knew what we were going for. Everything else was just a huge comedy and unprofessionalism. Do not look at the opening time, I only work on the phone and when you arrange a meeting with them twice, they are able to arrive one hour late. While showing and selling, they keep solving other cars and picking up phones. The seller is trying to show you something about the car model and think up senseless fairy tales. They have no overview of the overall status, history, papery, when we had to log the car twice from the original owner. This is not how the cars go.

From beginning till the end absolutely awful service and terrible experience.
The caravan that we used was dirty and in not good condition at all. To speak with the owner was a challenge in itself. No sense human left on him it was like speaking to a robot.
Please check the contract before you reserve the vehicle because for any delays you are going to be threatened with the deposit not given back (30 000,-Czk)
In our case we where late by 2 hours and a fined of 4000,-czk need to be paid.
I can keep going for the things that where wrong with this company but it was simply a very big mistake choosing this company.
