L	Libor Karola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před cca. 14 dny jsem absolvoval pravidelnou roční servisní prohlídku s mým vozem Opel Insignia 1,5 121kw...kvalitu servisní práce nemohu hodnotit, nebyl jsem u ní, předpokládám že vzhledem k najetí 6500km nebyl problém...co mně však zarazilo, byla výměna oleje, kdy dosud používaný a oficiálně fy Opel doporučovaný olej Dexos 1 gen 2 byl nahrazen olejem neznámé značky, a to s viskozitou 0w - 20 !!! Na můj dotaz proč v záběhu mění značku i viskozitu oleje bylo odpovězeno, že je to doporučení od automobilky PSA (koupila před dvěma lety Opel) a že je to kvůli karbonovým usazeninám v motoru....no nedalo mě to, a musím říct že nikde na německých stránkách ať oficiálních nebo neoficiálních toto nebylo zmíněno, a stále je doporučován olej Dexos 1 gen 2. Na českém fóru jsem našel jen diskuzi která neměla odborné parametry, jednalo se pouze o dohady a rady rádobyodborníků...i když jsem registrován u fy. Opel, žádné upozornění na změnu značky ani viskozity oleje nepřišlo...asi bych toto přešel, kdyby se nejednalo o záběh nového auta, a také bych čekal upozornění od servisní org. před výměnou - jinak jednání personálu bylo příjemné, nemám krom výše uvedeného co vytknout..... I can not evaluate the quality of service work, I was not there, I assume that due to the mileage of 6500km was not a problem ... but what stopped me was the oil change , when the oil Dexos 1 gen 2 used so far and officially recommended by Opel was replaced by oil of an unknown brand, with a viscosity of 0w - 20 !!! To my question why the brand and viscosity of the oil change during the run-in, it was answered that it is a recommendation from the carmaker PSA (bought by Opel two years ago) and that it is due to carbon deposits in the engine .... well, it didn't work for me nowhere on the German website, whether official or unofficial, this was not mentioned, and Dexos 1 gen 2 oil is still recommended. On the Czech forum I found only a discussion that did not have professional parameters, it was only conjectures and advice of would-be experts ... even though I am registered with fy. Opel, no notice of a change in brand or viscosity of the oil came ... I would probably have skipped this if it hadn't been for the new car to be run in, and I would also have expected a notice from the service org. before the exchange - otherwise the staff was pleasant, I have nothing to complain about except for the above .....

Využívám jejich služby převážně jako servisu, ale pomohli mi prodat můj starý vůz, při koupi nového vyšli vstříc mým potřebám, vždy se ptají jestli mi mají rezervovat náhradní vůz (odjíždím k nim cca 70+70km.) po dobu servisu, prodej náhradních dílů také skvělá spolupráce a o pobočkách v Jihlavě a Znojmě také super. Prostě jsem velice spokojen a to dojíždění mi za ty služby opravdu stojí. I am extremely satisfied with Auto Volunteer. I use their services mainly as a service, but they helped me sell my old car, when buying a new one they met my needs, they always ask if they should reserve a spare car for me (I go to them about 70 + 70km.) great cooperation and about the branches in Jihlava and Znojmo also great. I'm just very satisfied and the commute is really worth the services.

M	Míra Švihálek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přes prvotní hrůzu ze značkového servisu, navíc vzdáleného (CNG neservisují všude) a přes poměrně náročné hledání závady u vozu 14 let starého, s nájezdem přes 2 kila, musím říct, že spolupráce byla úžasná a ceny přiměřené. Firma navíc sama nabídla odvoz vozu na odtahovce do Jihlavy a možnost platby na místní pobočce nebo převodem z účtu po ověření, že závada byla odstraněna. Po 20 letech zkušeností s jinými vozy a servisy všech úrovní (od garáže pod řadovkou po značkové servisy jiných značek) jsem konečně spokojen a ač nejsem fanda Opelu, další vůz budu vybírat tak, abych mohl jezdit sem. Zkušenost je nepřenositelná a tato byla výborná. Díky do VelMezu, auto jede jako drak, spotřeba parádní, válec nevynechává. In addition, the company itself offered the transport of the car on the tow truck to Jihlava and the possibility of payment at the local branch or by transfer from the account after verifying that the defect has been eliminated. After 20 years of experience with other cars and services of all levels (from the garage under the row to branded services of other brands), I am finally satisfied and although I am not a fan of Opel, I will choose another car so that I can drive here. The experience is non-transferable and this was excellent. Thanks to VelMez, the car goes like a dragon, the consumption is great, the cylinder does not miss.
