M	Milan Vyhnanovský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doporučuji tento servis, který bez problémů převzal moje auto po špatné opravě v jiném servisu (celé přes pojišťovnu) a ačkoliv jsem si musel na opravu počkat o 2 týdny déle, než bylo původně avizováno, tak oceňuji jednání servisu, které bylo transparentní, navíc mi při kontrole vozidla pojišťovnou byli nápomocni včetně jeho techniků, sdělili mi co pravděpodobně bude potřeba opravit a na závěr co nakonec bylo vyměněno a jak to probíhalo. S pánem, který "obsluhuje" nebyl problém domluvit můj odvoz (odlehlá lokalita) a v klidu si cestou pokecat. Oprava byla provedena velmi pravděpodobně dobře (možná ukáže až trochu času), ale hned je cítit, že je to o něčem jiném než nejmenovaná "konkurence" ve městě Rakovník. Děkuji a doporučuji. I recommend this service, which took over my car without any problems after a bad repair in another service (the whole through the insurance company) and although I had to wait for the repair for 2 weeks longer than originally announced, I appreciate the service, which was transparent. they were assisted in the inspection of the vehicle by the insurance company, including its technicians, they told me what would probably need to be repaired and finally what was finally replaced and how it went. It was not a problem to arrange my pickup (remote location) with the gentleman who "serves" and chat on the way in peace. The repair was very likely done well (maybe it will take some time), but you can immediately feel that it is about something other than an unnamed "competition" in the town of Rakovník. Jinak chladič byl jediný opravdový problém, kvůli kterému bylo potřeba dát auto do servisu. Slíbí, že zavolají, slíbí, že napíšou, nic se neděje... Hlavně, že si dají podložku pod SPZ se svou reklamou! I returned the car to them three times and even if the radiator is still not repaired, I will not give them the car. I'll have it done elsewhere. A total of seven weeks car unavailable. Otherwise, the radiator was the only real problem that required the car to be serviced. They promise to call, they promise to write, nothing happens ... Mainly that they put a license plate pad with their advertisement!
