★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Varta auto battery from this store. It died 6 months later. Returned it to the shop and was told I would have to wait for a replacement. Three weeks later I returned to the shop to ask about the battery. Again I was told I had to wait. How can one wait for an auto battery replacement? Absurd. Ordered a new battery on-line and got it the next day. Guarantees mean nothing at this store and/or Varta. Either way customer service appears to be an alien concept.
