A také zjevně korespondující nekvalitě současné produkce vozů Škoda. During repeated visits, the service showed a appalling attitude and ability to communicate, appalling work organization. Maybe the equivalent of 40 years ago. And also clearly corresponding to the poor quality of the current production of Škoda cars.
M	Max Maximus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maximální spokojenost! Byl jsem tam s Passatem B8 na prohlídce/údržbě/servisu po nákupu auta od leasingovky. Za velmi rozumnou cenu jsem si nechal vše zkontrolavat v rozšířené podobě, včetně geometrie. Výměny a doplnění náplní dle předepsaného servisu. Filtry, vyčištění klimy ...přezutí /umytí vyvážení kol/ ... prostě co šlo :-) A ceny velmi rozumné i na autorizovaný servis. Pan Černý byl velmi příjemný a vstřícný poradce. Maximum satisfaction! I was there with a Passat B8 for inspection / maintenance / service after buying a car from a leasing company. For a very reasonable price, I had everything checked in an expanded form, including geometry. Replacements and refills according to the prescribed service. Filters, air conditioning cleaning ... changing / washing the wheel balance / ... just what was possible :-) And the prices are very reasonable even for an authorized service. Mr. Černý was a very nice and helpful advisor.

Prozakaznicky pristup lidi v servisu mi prijde az nevidany - a to jak od vedouciho servisu, tak od vsech ostatnich zamestnancu. Vsichni se vzdy snazi najit reseni tak, abych byl spokojeny. Verim, ze si vysokou latku udrzi. Za sebe mohu doporucit. Diky. I would take somewhere else to Prague for an authorized service with Skodovka (I have already tried a few of them drive). The pro-customer approach of people in the service comes to me unseen - both from the service manager and from all other employees. Everyone always tries to find a solution so that I am satisfied. I believe he will keep the high bar. I can recommend for myself. Thanks.

The longest I had to wait was 70 minutes, and there where only 3 people in front of me... Once you have the appointment, and you come as agreed at the time and date, you still have to wait again, it's unbelievable. The repairs are good, but pricey. Example, connecting and hiding the cable for the dashboard camera they wanted 5500,- so we went to another service where it costed 1200,-
