P	Pan Petr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komedie, šaškárna, parodie na autobazar, pan na výkupu s BMI 40 vás rovnou vyfakuje že auto nemá hodnotu, vedle v aaa nakonec prodáno sice za méně než jsem chtěl ale i tak lepší než nic. Jedete do es jak idioti s tím, že když to nevykoupí tak vám zaplatí cestu, nakonec nezaplatí vůbec nic, jsou to fakt amatéři nic víc, vyhněte se jim obloukem, organizace příjezdu 0, na desátou tam přijeli 3 auta najednou, všichni čekali kolem půl hodiny než se k nim pan Arogance dostane, všichni poté raději odjeli. A comedy, a prankster, a parody of a second-hand car shop, a buyer with a BMI of 40. You go to es like idiots with the proviso that if they don't buy it they will pay for your trip, in the end they won't pay anything at all, they are really amateurs nothing more, avoid them by arc, organization of arrival 0, 3 cars arrived at ten at once, everyone waited around half hours before Mr. Arrogance reached them, everyone preferred to leave.
R	Radomír Holan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrální. Od listopadu mne častují abych je navštívil s autem na prodej. Když se dostavim, oznámí mi, že o tento vůz nemají zájem. Tomu říkám OPRUZ. NEDOPORUČUJI. Cadastral. They have been visiting me since November to visit them with a car for sale. When I show up, they'll let me know they're not interested in this car. I call it OPRUZ. V mých 40 letech mě pánové ukázali, že existují bazary,kde se dá prodávat auta bez leváren a se zárukou. Jsem mile překvapen. Klobouk dolů, děkuji. I was in a used car for the first time. The attitude and fairness of the staff, including the manager, pleasantly surprised me. P	Psychosomatický Průjem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím pochválit přístup, jednání a férovost při prodeji. Pan Roman Bartoš vše výborně vysvětlil a ukázal, drobnou závadu ihned nechal odstranit v jejich specializovaném autoservisu a vůz předával při prodeji v naprostém pořádku. Tuto pobočku v Chomutově mohu jen doporučit, nic neskrývali a vše okamžitě řešili k oboustranné spokojenosti. Náš další rodinný vůz opět zakoupíme na pobočce v Chomutově, na pobočce v Karlových Varech to prostě není to příjemné rodinné prostředí.
J	Jan Bargl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemohu doporučit, poplatek za to, že jim prodáte auto je normální zlodějstvo.O poplatku nebylo ani slovo a technik mi garantovat ze to je konečná cena kterou mi slečna v kanceláři vyplatí.Čekací doba 3 hodiny na prodej vozu otřes, technik nezkušený výmluva že denně sedá do 5 aut a že každé se řídí jinak je minimálně úsměvná, slečna v kanceláři neví pomalu ani jak se sama jmenuje.Údajný “manager” prodejny komediant jako z kočovného divadla. Auto prodáno nakonec za vyšší cenu než jsem čekal, jinak bych se otočil a odjel. Doporučení pro budoucí zákazníky nenechat si n****t na hlavu a rázně jim vysvětlit kdo je zákazník a kdo zaměstnanec, cifry se pak nečekaně u nesmyslných poplatků rapidně snižují !!! J	Jakub Bada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto ESA, nejsou určitě bazar, kam si jdete koupit auto rádi, ale protože tam prostě mají váš vybraný kousek, takže musíte. Po několika zkušenostmi s AAA, když vozidlo absolutně po dovezení neodpovídalo popisu a prodejci nad tím jen pokročili rameny, musím, ač nerad ESA pochválit. Celý prodejní tým byl ochotný a nebylo problém vůbec, co jsem si řekl, dovezené auto odpovídalo přesně tomu, co mi řekli a bylo opravdu ve vynikajícím stavu. Jednu hvězdu sundám za jejich centrálu a firemní standardy s jejich věcným navoláváním a děláním trochu blbců z lidí, kteří autům nerozumí. Ale na pobočce v Chomutově proběhlo vše v pořádku. Možná i trochu lépe, než můžete očekávat od velkého autobazaru. ESA cars are definitely not a bazaar where you go to buy a car you like, but because they just have your chosen piece, so you have to. After several experiences with AAA, when the vehicle absolutely did not match the description after import and the dealers only advanced their shoulders, I must, although I do not like to praise ESA. The whole sales team was helpful and no problem at all, as I thought, the imported car matched exactly what they told me and was really in excellent condition. I'll take down one star for their headquarters and company standards with their factual calling and making a bit of a jerk out of people who don't understand cars. But everything went well at the branch in Chomutov. Maybe a little better than you would expect from a large used car dealership.

Guess: the 11 cars that I gad listed on the site where already sold. No one available. And, in the agency, you can see that all the "good cars" are not available, in grey in their computer. The people there try to lie to you, saying that you are not lucky, because they sell a lot of cars. And it is because it takes one day for the cars to be removed from site. But, this afternoon, the cars of my list are still in their site: and I guess tomorrow it will be the same. It is just a marketing strategy: you put good cars at good price for the people to contact this company. And, of course, these cars don't exist, bit they try to sell other ones...
