Bought a car and haven drive it for 50 kilometres in total and got problem with power steering wheel. Call them back next day after buying the car and after waiting for a week they refused to take the responsibility. It’s gonna cost me 18K to fix the problem. My mechanic said the problem was there it didn’t just happened now.

We called there to check some specific car options and they said they had two matches. So they offered to take us to their store (we have no car) and we mentioned we have a baby. They suggested to bring our own car seat. So far so good, we were very impressed by the offer since we hadn't committed to buy anything. First problem: the receptionist said the car would arrive to us "within the hour" and it took almost 90 min. We didn't complain, since it was a free service they were offering. When we arrived there, they took a long time to bring the car. The car dealer was ok at first, showing us the car and so on. Then we took the car for a test drive and we heard some strange noises. After the ride, we were not convinced, although it had some positive features. Then the dealer started to push it, saying the car was great for the price, we wouldn't find such good offer again, that the car would be sold quickly if we didn't reserve it and several such comments. At this point we were completely turned off by this dishonest behaviour. Even so, we asked to see their second option. The dealer then said there was no second option but he could check. Again, after a long time, he came back saying that the second option would not be available for "one, two, there weeks, who knows". After pushing a little more to sell the car he showed us, we firmly said we would not make a reservation and take our chances by deciding later. We then asked for the driver to take us back, who was still with the baby seat we brought. He then said this is not a service they offer and we would have to arrange our own transport back home. And he would see what to do about the baby seat. He came back bringing the seat in his hands and said that was all, since we were not buying the car. We called again the receptionist to ask for the driver and she said she was sorry for not mentioning it, but they do not offer the ride back. To sum it up, this is a dishonest company which does not care at all about customers. They lured us to their office and left us on the other side of the city, with our baby and the car seat.

Choice or state of the cars did not appeal to me, prices seem not ideal for what seem to be mostly beaten up cars.

This company is committing mileage fraud. Go ahead and look at their offers, a lot of their older cars from 2011-2015 have milage just over 100k. Such low milage on such old cars might be possible but it's very uncommon. How is it possible this one dealership has such a vast collection of low milage older cars? It's so obvious they're committing fraud it's even a miracle they're still open for business.

Really bad service overall, fake promises, slow service, worst attitude towards non Czech speakers and to finish it all they will come up with a million excuses to not follow the advertised discounts on their website, seriously if you want a car and you don’t speak czech save yourself a bitter experience with this people and buy your car somewhere else

There are very attractive adverts on their Web page, but none of them is avaliable. When you go there, they say we sold that car, sorry that car too, yes that car too... just a cheap way to make you go there...

this company act in very unprofessional way with foreign people. first of all, they let you wait for 4 hours to make a deal. basically they let you wait till 10 PM. so you are ready to sign everything to go back home. I tested a car, and the guy keep the hood open for the entire test drive. so the noises didn't give me chance to hear the engine. they told me the car was perfect. so I signed with my company name, (they asked me to sign for an insurance too and I did) then I went home and I read the agreement, they wrote that the car was basically dead and engine broken and I was ok with it. so I went there the day after and I changed car. this time I signed without insurance. then, they send me car documents at home, even if I request to delivery them in office, so I was able to pay for the registration in office. so I received car docs and I went to register myself. then, they start to send me SMS asking me to go there to register the car with their service or they were ready to call a lawyer and bring me on trial. so I called and I said that I already did it myself and I asked not to send me such sms with false accusations. they said "ok, sorry", and after 5 minutes they sent the same SMS just to laugh at me. now, I received a request of payment from the insurance, but to the second car plate, but I never signed for an insurance for the second car. so basically they used the first agreement with my company name and another plate number and move it to my personal name with another plagte number. after 2 months that I bought the car I still have to contact my lawyer to let them stop playing tricks. anyway, the payment they offer per month, with special price is a total fake, you sign for a special price of 100.000 and you pay in 2 years 350.000. so it's better to pay cash. and the special price is fake. I will never buy another car from autoesa. this story is not finished yet. I have to call my lawyer these days.

It was such a disappointing experience for me. I was interested in few cars and contacted them. I told them that I have temporary residency due to my employment. They informed me that one of the car that I am interested in was available in Prague, and it is possible to arrange the installment for the payment for short period of time. Based on this information, we arranged an appointment to see it. Unfortunately, when I arrived there, they informed me that it had been reserved by someone else and they were not able to show it in detail (test drive etc.). They told us that we can check some other cars and we found another one (we did test drive etc.) We were interested in for discussing about further steps. After that we have been informed that it was not possible for them to arrange any kind of installment (Not even a year etc.) We were quite unhappy when we were leaving since we could not see the car that we were interested in at the beginning and have been informed that they cannot even arrange any kind of installment for us because we have temporary residency here even though we have unlimited working contract. After an hour later, the customer service called me how it went and we just learnt that the car that they did not allow us to see was reserved for us actually and there was a misunderstanding between customer service and the employee working there. The whole day was a complete nonsense. I definitely do not recommend this service unless you have other options.
