★ ★ ★ ★ ★ auto jsme v servise meli na oprave dvakrat zasebou. Poprve nam predali auto jako hotove ale po 20 km opet prestalo jet. Vratili jsme jej do servisu kde nam to neuznali jako reklamaci ale ze je to urcite nase chyba a navic nam rekli ze nemaji cas a podivali se na to az po mesici. Podruhe jsme s autem odjeli opet jakoze je v poradku a po 50 km je opet v oprave. Tentokrat uz jinde protoze s tak arogantnim a nekvalitnim servisem uz nechceme mit nic spolecneho.

We had the car in the service twice for repair. For the first time, they sold us the car as cash, but after 20 km, it stopped driving again. We returned it to the service where they did not recognize it as a complaint, but that it was definitely our fault, and they also told us that they did not have time and looked at it after a month. The second time we drove the car again as if it was fine and after 50 km it is in repair again. This time elsewhere because we don't want anything to do with such arrogant and poor quality service.
I definitely do not recommend.

Po diagnostice a konzultacích ve dvou servisech v Trutnově (jeden autorizovaný) a strašením oprav převodovky za cca 70 tis, jsme dal na doporučení a vzal auto až do Pardubic, pán v servise i po tom co jsem mu řekl že si myslím že jde o vybrace způsobené vadným vstřikováním, nebo poloosou... tak mě požádal o projižďku, po cca 4 min konzultoval špatné zadní poloosy.... a bylo to tak.... oprava za 2 dny z původních 70 tis nakonec za necelých 14.000 Kč.

5/5 similar service and professionalism, I have not experienced, even in an authorized service from car damage.
After diagnostics and consultations in two service stations in Trutnov (one authorized) and scare to repair the transmission for about 70 thousand, we gave a recommendation and took the car to Pardubice, the gentleman in the service even after I told him that I think it was a choice caused by defective injection or half-axle ... so he asked me for a ride, after about 4 minutes he consulted the bad rear half-axles .... and it was so .... repair in 2 days from the original 70 thousand in the end for less than 14,000 CZK.
