chtěl bych vám hrozně moc poděkovat. Měl jsem teď u vás auto na opravu. Stala se nehoda můj teď již bývalý mechanik pokazil opravu rozvodů na mém autě. No ve zkratce prostě jsme k vám před měsícem dotáhli v úplném dešti nepojízdné auto na laně, nešli už ani zavřít okýnka jak byla vybitá baterka. Když jsem přijel k vám hned mi pomohli ty okýnka alespoň zavřít, auto přijali a sice jsem musel dlouhou dobu čekat na opravu , ale chápal jsem to , pan mechanik mi zavolal předběžnou cenu , vše mi vysvětlil co bylo a je za problém a pak jsem čekal už jen na samotnou opravu. Když bylo vše hotové zavolali mi, přijel jsem si pro auto a vše mi bylo vysvětleno ještě jednou, řekli mi i kdy je dobré udělat další výměnu oleje a všichni byli moc ochotní. Až když jsem odjížděl v autě jsem si všiml, že auto je celé jak z venku tak ze vnitřku vyčištěné a naleštěné, včetně úžasně vyčištěných sedaček. Proto vám chci hrozně moc poděkovat a určitě se sem budu moc rád vracet. Jen doufám , že příště za lepších podmínek než zase na laně a v dešti ale doufám , že se k vám budu moc normálně objednat. Ještě jednou opravdu velké díky.

I would like to thank you very much. I had a car to repair now. It became my accident the now former mechanic messed repair wiring on my car. Well, in short, we just dragged you a month ago in a total rain of impassable car on the rope, could not even close the windows as the battery was flat. When I arrived to you immediately helped me at least close the windows, they accepted the car and I had to wait for a long time to repair, but I understood, the mechanic called me the preliminary price, explained everything was and is the problem and then I waited just for the repair. When everything was done, I came to the car and everything was explained to me again, they told me when it was good to do another oil change and everyone was very helpful. Only when I was leaving the car did I notice that the car was cleaned and polished from both outside and inside, including the marvelously cleaned seats. Therefore, I want to thank you very much and I will certainly be happy to come back here. I just hope that next time under better conditions than again on the rope and in the rain but I hope that I will be able to normally order you. Thanks a lot again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodejci (zejm. pan Novotný) jsou sympatičtí a auto, které mi prodali, se zdá být v zásadě v pořádku, což je pochopitelně to hlavní. Cena byla odpovídající.
Nicméně, když jsem dorazil pro auto, tak jej neměli příliš připravené (bylo potřeba deaktivovat el. knihu jízd - což nakonec vyřídili, ale byla to zbytečná komplikace - a auto nebylo vůbec přepsané na dealera).
Ačkoliv mi auto tzv. "zvedli", neumožnili mi ho vzít k nezávislému automechanikovi, ac nejdříve avizovali, že to možné bude. Po koupi se ukázalo, že je třeba vyměnit přední tlumiče. Je to prkotina, ale přesně ten druh věci, na kterou by jiný mechanik hned upozornil.
Auto Hégr se následně odmítnulo podílet na zaplacení nových tlumičů. Šlo o Octavii, která měla najeto 74k, takže to není nic hrozného, ale štve mě ten přístup a zbytečné složitosti při prodeji.
The sellers (especially Mr. Novotný) are nice and the car they sold me seems to be basically fine, which is of course the main thing. The price was adequate.
However, when I arrived for the car, they did not have it very ready (it was necessary to deactivate the e-logbook - which they eventually did, but it was an unnecessary complication - and the car was not rewritten to the dealer at all).
Although they "picked up" my car, they did not allow me to take it to an independent car mechanic, and at first announced that it would be possible. After the purchase, it turned out that the front shock absorbers needed to be replaced. It's a mess, but exactly the kind of thing that another mechanic would point out right away.
Auto Hégr subsequently refused to participate in the payment of new shock absorbers. It was an Octavia with a 74k, so it's not terrible, but I'm annoyed by the approach and the unnecessary complexity of the sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po kroupách nejsou schopni v rozumné době naplánovat opravu. Buď očekávají nějaké všimné nebo tam hapruje jakási organizace a plánování, řídící schopnosti vedení autosalónu se blíží nule. Mladíci nezdraví a v podstatě nevíte s kým mluvíte, pokaždé s někým jiným, který samozřejmě neví, co jste si říkali s tam tím... a tak běží čas...Chaotický autosalooon.

Either they expect some notice or there is some kind of organization and planning, the management skills of the showroom management are approaching zero. The youngsters are unhealthy and basically you don't know who you are talking to, every time with someone else who obviously doesn't know what you were saying with that ... and so the time is running ... A messy autosalooon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při naší cestě na Moravu jsme potřebovali urgentně opravu nebo konzultaci (auto při sešlápnutí plynu cukalo) takže jsme "zabloudili" na tuto "autorizovanou" pobočku, což byla asi karma. Nepříjemný personál na nás neměl čas ani ochotu pomoci. Snad nejsou Moraváci všichni takoví...., nakonec jsme bohudík našli Samohýl, kde to šlo a za 3 hoďky jsme pokračovali.
On our way to Moravia we needed urgent repair or consultation (the car jumped on gas) so we "got lost" to this "authorized" branch, which was probably karma. The unpleasant staff had no time or willingness to help us. Perhaps the Moravians are not all that ...., unfortunately we finally found Samohýl where it went and in 3 hours we continued.
