★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osobní zkušenost více než pozitivní. Vážím si velmi vstřícného přístupu, srozumitelných kalkulací a rozumných cen. Termíny opravy jsou rychlé, kvalita v pořádku. Při nespokojenosti (detaily, nic zásadního) vstřícně sjednají nápravu.
 Personal experience more than positive. I appreciate a very helpful approach, understandable calculations and reasonable prices. Repair dates are fast, quality ok. In case of dissatisfaction (details, nothing essential) they willingly arrange a remedy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Šikovný a ochotný personál na dílně. O recepci se to moc říci nedá. Chcete vědět cenu opravy orientačně předem? Připravte se na zdlouhavé vybírání dílů s paní, která moc neví, co vlastně váš vůz potřebuje..
Dále si dejte pozor na díly Starline, což je velmi nekvalitní druhovýroba a do vozů se nevyplatí vůbec dávat. Bohužel tento servis tyto díly používá..
Skillful and helpful staff in the workshop. Not much can be said about the reception. Do you want to know the price of the repair approximately in advance? Get ready for a tedious selection of parts with a lady who doesn't know much about what your car really needs.
Also, pay attention to Starline parts, which is a very poor quality production and it is not worth putting in cars at all. Unfortunately, this service uses these parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually, I don't know what shall I comment, one of my friends recommended to me going to this car service center. So, I kept calling many times there, but all time the line was busy, I sent to them email to agree on a car service term, but no answer and because I was in hurry and I didn't have enough time to search for another car service close to my work office than this one, so I have decide to go there personally to agree with them for a term. I found out that the car service is closed and no body works there anymore. It was very surprising to me and unprofessional approach to customers cause they don't keep recorded massage for the phone calls that the place is closed and the service is unavailable .... in such way, they lose the credibility at the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They first quoted a price for general repair work, only to call 2 times more and double the quotation. When the work was finished they asked me for triple the original price. On top of this the car's fender was hanging loose and they couldn't put a screw on that. Just avoid this place.
