★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You must be very careful and verify and count each piece you buy there. They missed 1 bolt in set and I found this too late. So they declined to negotiate this blaming me that I might take it.
Secondly, although I've got confirmation that whole order is ready for pick up, when I came, one of the main items was absent!! So I was told to come in 2 days, as it was in its way to the shop.
First time I met such kind of service in Prague

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst shop. Every time I come - employees are slow and lazy chatting to each other when the line is waiting. They don't care if someone is in rush or something. They don't want to sell, they are just chatting. Always unhappy. Saying to each other about how tired they are. I feel like I came to their home and not to the place where I leave my money. Very negative and not respectful behaviour to your customers. Shame!
