★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slušné jednání jen při nákupu, široký výběr zboží ale značně předražené ve srovnání s konkurencí. Reklamace zboží jsou problém, nedoporučuji nákup, arogantní jednání. Ani po 54 dnech od data reklamace není vyřízena a odmítají vrátit peníze.
Decent behavior only when buying, a wide selection of goods, but significantly overpriced compared to the competition. Complaints about goods are a problem, I do not recommend buying, arrogant behavior. Even after 54 days from the date of the complaint is not settled and they refuse to return the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně nemožná obsluha. Kdykoliv tam přijdu, fronta jak na nádraží, obsluhuje jen jedna prodavačka a ne úplně bystrá. Včera se prý ztratila ve skladu mezi díly, přišla zpět po sedmi minutách v rozpacích. Ostuda jinak dobré firmy.
Absolutely impossible operation. Whenever I get there, the queue is like at the station, served by only one saleswoman and not completely smart. She allegedly got lost in the warehouse between parts yesterday, she came back after seven minutes in embarrassment. A shame on an otherwise good company.

Radu jsem sice nedostal, ale návod na výrobku byl naštěstí zcela jasný.
Dávám palec nahoru.
