★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera jsem kupovala brzdové destičky, bohužel jsem se nepodíval do krabičky hned ( kupuju přeci nové zboží, tak mě nenapadlo to kontrolovat ) a dneska když mi můj mechanik začal destičky vyměňovat ,tak zjistil že destičky včera kupované už jsou použité

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kupoval jsem tam kufr na motorku. Po vybaleni jsem zjistil ulomenou packu na plotne. Druhy den jsem to odnesl k reklamaci. Reklamace prijata a hned objednan novy kus, ktery byl dorucen stejny den odpoledne. Jsem tedy velmi spokojen se zakaznickym servisem i rychlosti zasobovani.
I bought a suitcase for a motorcycle there. After unpacking, I found a broken paw on the stove. The next day I took it for a complaint. Complaint received and immediately ordered a new piece, which was delivered the same afternoon. So I am very satisfied with the customer service and the speed of supply.
