Disassembled and damaged parts will show you and tell you what's wrong with them. So you can be sure that everything has been repaired and replaced as it should be. One of the few car repair shops that doesn't try to extort all the money you have from you, but tries to find the problem where it is. I can only recommend.

Nevermore! Loss of money, time and nerves .. I used the services of the Auto Kopačka service twice and it didn't go well every time. At first we were pleasantly surprised with the approach. The staff and Mr. Kopačka were very nice and helpful. We arrived at the car service, where it was necessary to change the brakes to pass the technical inspection. Mr. Kopačka offered us that after replacing the brakes, they would go to the MOT themselves and arrange everything, which also happened, and they have a small insignificant plus. But… after handing over the vehicle, the car made strange, unpleasant squeaking noises, so I returned to the service station. I was told that it was because they had ordered cheaper parts that were not the original for my car, but that they had informed my husband and allegedly told him that in the case of cheaper parts, the car might not tread as it should. and will have to give the originals - more expensive. After consulting with my husband, when we argued unnecessarily, because I did not know why he would agree with a cheaper part, which will probably be useless and threatens to have to be exchanged for more expensive ones, we learned that this information somehow did not take place. . They only informed him that they were putting a non-original part there, which was cheaper. Nobody warned us about the possibility that the brakes will whistle with. Every normal person would think that they would rather put a more expensive original part there, which will tread as it should. After a confrontation with Mr. Kopačka and a mechanic, they finally decided to charge us only 50% of the price of the new component "within good relations"… The second and last experience was even better ?? I came to the service station, saying that the car was giving me special blows coming from under the driver. The gentlemen took the car, and in a few days they called to say that they had found out where the defect was and that it would be repaired, but it would cost 13 thousand. We said to ourselves that nothing could be done and that the main thing was that everything would be fine. After I took over the car the next day, the car made the same sounds. I went back to the service station, that they handed me the car again without any change, at most with the change that we were 13,000 lighter. So we agreed on a complaint and that this time they will try to fix the defect. They had the car with them for a week, and it wasn't until I called that I needed the car to see if they had any information, I was told they just didn't know what it was, and the mechanic asked me, "How is he supposed to find out ?!" ? I couldn't stand it anymore and there was a disagreement. I told them that I, as a customer, brought a car with a defect, they told me that they had found and repaired it, I pulled 13 thousand. but the fault was still on the car. In short: we did not agree, because they would like to try it, whether it is not yet another part, or actually another, etc ... It has already flown to them that our husband really does not have the money to try it. He told them that if they told us right away that he did not know exactly where the defect was, we could have solved it somewhere else. Of course, we would have acted differently if we had not been mistakenly informed that they found a defect and corrected it. Suffice it to say, "maybe it could be this, but we don't know if it will solve the problem," we would avoid this conflict. So the Auto Kopačka service is at least a little richer and we are at least instructed…

I can highly recommend this service. Fast action, great people, good price and most importantly he knows what they are doing. I have been struggling with the problem for a long time that my whole car started to vibrate slightly from 80 km / h and from 130 km / h the steering wheel was added and it was very unpleasant. I entrusted the car to the service, where I always drove until then. They exchanged everything possible, I left a lot of money there and unchanged. I was looking for help elsewhere and they didn't know what to do everywhere. Except on the recommendation of an acquaintance who has been visiting Autoservis Kopačka for years, I decided to put the car there and I would do it again. From the first call to the handover of the repaired car, complete satisfaction! All nice, helpful and especially experts in the field. They came into trouble after a while and my wallet and nerves rested quickly, because now I don't feel any vibrations in the car and the steering is like new. The fault was in the rear shock absorbers, which at first glance showed no signs of damage, but were destroyed. Past service stations wanted to replace my entire front axle with front shock absorbers, but there was no problem. So thanks again and I recommend this service to everyone!
