D	Divadlo Letadlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupili jsme si zde auto na miru pro nasi rodinu. Nakonec jsme dali na radu pana Prochazky a je to nejspolehlivejsi auto, co jsme kdy meli. Vozime ho sem na pravidelny servis a neni nic, co by neumeli spravit. Ocenuji i to, ze auta maji dolozitelny najezd km, a ceny odpovidaji technickemu stavu. We bought a car for our family here. In the end, we took Mr. Prochazka's advice and it's the most reliable car we've ever had. We bring him here for regular service and there's nothing they can't do. I also appreciate that the cars have a verifiable mileage, and the prices correspond to the technical condition.
O	Ondrej Kona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osobní zkušenost můžu hodnotit jako perfektní. Tedy stejně jako inzerované auto samotné. Trefil jsem aktuální inzerát a auto mi bylo do druhého dne rezervováno. Koupil jsem prověřený VW Sharan, dovoz z DE. Přístup personálu i pana Procházky profesionální. Nevyšlo financování u jedné společnosti, ale obratem zajistili alternativu s výhodným úrokem. Vůz jsem si během chvíle odvezl. Jediné mínus může být, že inzerované vozy v dobrém stavu jsou s ohledem na dnešní dobu v podstatě rychloobrátkovým zbožím a inzerát již nemusí být aktuální. To ale nebyl můj případ. Takže hodnotím pouze kladně :) I can evaluate the personal experience as perfect. So just like the advertised car itself. I hit the current ad and the car was reserved for me the next day. I bought a proven VW Sharan, imported from DE. The approach of the staff and Mr. Procházka is professional. One company's financing did not work out, but they immediately provided an alternative with a favorable interest rate. I took the car in a moment. The only downside may be that the advertised cars in good condition are essentially fast-moving goods with regard to today, and the advertisement may no longer be current. But that was not my case. So I evaluate only positively :)

Kdyby pan Procházka neinzeroval hromadu aut, které už jsou dávno prodané, jen aby nalákal zákazníky, dal bych i pět hvězdiček. Jinak jednání dobré a nebyl problém auto nechat prohlédnout jinde v servisu. The car I bought here is really in beautiful condition. If Mr. Procházka did not advertise a bunch of cars that have been sold a long time ago, just to attract customers, I would give five stars. Otherwise the behavior was good and it was not a problem to have the car inspected elsewhere in the service.
G	Gabriela Marková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V roce 2021 jsme od pana Procházky koupili dvě auta - Seat Alhambra (4/2021) a Škoda Fabia (12/2021). Byli jsme velice spokojeni s úrovní služeb. U Seata Alhambra byla závada, na kterou jsme přišli při projížďce, opravena během několika dní bez jakékoli změně na ceně. Škoda Fabia byla zcela bez vad (tedy doposud jsme na žádné nepřišli), před koupí byly odstraněny polepy na střeše a dostali jsme sadu zimních kol. Obě auta jezdí naprosto v pořádku, pan Procházka dokonce po několika týdnech od koupě volal a ptal se, jak jsme s auty spokojeni. Vřele doporučuji! In 2021, we bought two cars from Mr. Procházka - Seat Alhambra (4/2021) and Škoda Fabia (12/2021). We were very satisfied with the level of service. At Seat Alhambra, the defect we found during the ride was repaired within a few days without any change in price. The Škoda Fabia was completely flawless (so we haven't figured it out yet), before the purchase, the stickers on the roof were removed and we got a set of winter bikes. Both cars drive perfectly fine, Mr. Procházka even called a few weeks after the purchase and asked how satisfied we are with the cars. I warmly recommend!
T	Tomáš Nentwich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celkový dojem hodnotím kladně, milý přístup a ochota. Superb, který jsme si před 2 měsíci vybrali je v opravdu krásném stavu, bez škrábanců, bez dolíků apod. Interiér v lepším stavu než by člověk na rok 2012 očekával. Bohužel jediné, čeho jsme si cestou domů všimli bylo, že byl nefunkční termostat, ale po domluvě s panem Procházkou nám byl termostat obratem zaslán, protože cesta by nám trvala tam i zpět okolo 10 hodin. Chválím přístup a ochotu s tím řešit tuto situaci a termostat hned druhý den dorazil. Práci na výměně, která byla asi 3x až 4x dražší než samotný termostat jsme si bohužel zaplatili sami (proto ubírám 1 hvězdičku z hodnocení), to je jediné, co bych vytknul. Prozatím ale spokojenost. :) I evaluate the overall impression positively, kind approach and willingness. The Superb, which we chose 2 months ago, is in really beautiful condition, without scratches, no dimples, etc. The interior is in better condition than one would expect for 2012. Unfortunately, the only thing we noticed on the way home was that the thermostat was not working, but after an agreement with Mr. Procházka, the thermostat was sent to us immediately, because the trip would take us there and back about 10 hours. I commend the approach and willingness to deal with this situation, and the thermostat arrived the very next day. We unfortunately paid for the replacement work, which was about 3 to 4 times more expensive than the thermostat itself (that's why I take 1 star from the rating), which is the only thing I would point out. But for now, satisfaction. :)
V	Vaclav Vojtechovsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tohoto prodejce můžu jen doporučit. Vlastním již druhý vůz, který mi dovezli. Vždy jsem si pochvaloval perfektní spolupráci a ochotu řešit moje požadavky. Obě auta, která jsem kupoval jsou na CNG a bez problémů a závad fungují. Druhé auto, jelikož jsem v době předání měl covid, mi přivezli až před dům těsně po ukončení karantény již s technickou prohlídkou. Jsem z Mělníka, takže z Chomutova je to celkem daleko a i přesto to nebyl problém. Každopádně další auto si určitě zase objednám u pana Procházky. I can only recommend this seller. I already own the second car they brought me. I have always praised the perfect cooperation and willingness to solve my requirements. Both cars that I bought are on CNG and work without problems and defects. The second car, as I had a covid at the time of the handover, was brought to me in front of the house just after the end of the quarantine, with a technical inspection. I'm from Mělník, so it's quite far from Chomutov and still it wasn't a problem. Anyway, I'll definitely order another car from Mr. Procházka again.

So the warmed up dual-mass flywheel didn't showed any signs of its condition. Of course I chcecked it with the mechanic just after test drive, but he also claim it was ok (what an expertised mechanic it was...). I was naive because I had to exchange dual-mass flywheel very soon after the purchase.
