★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chování k zákazníkům žalostné. Měl jsem objednanou geometrii kol na termín s tím, že pokud bych měl v zaměstnání nějaký problém, tak termín zruším. Pro jistotu jsem si vzal den volna. Když jsem přijel na termín do servisu, tak mi bylo řečeno že dohodnutý čas jsem si nepotvrdil a nemají na geometrii místo. O žádném potvrzování termínu nepadlo ani slovo. Tak jsem si zavolal do sousedního servisu CIME, kde mi dali termín nasledující pracovní den.
Behavior towards customers deplorable. I had ordered the wheel geometry for the term, and if I had a problem at work I would cancel the term. For sure, I took a day off. When I arrived at the service, I was told that I did not confirm the agreed time and had no place in the geometry. There was no word of any confirmation of the deadline. So I called the neighboring CIME service and gave me the next working day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosté rozčarování z nezájmu o zákazníka! Člověk sedící u cedulky servis s telefonem v ruce mě nejdříve zcela ignoroval a na moje oslovení, zda mohu přistoupit reagoval slovy "zkuste to". Prohlídku vozidla přímo před servisem, které jsem chtěl zadat k drobné opravě odmítl s tím, že nemá čas. Na můj údiv a konstatování, "to snad není pravda", jsem byl před odchodem ještě poučen o 5 m dál sedícím prodejcem "pane važte slova".
Absolutely disillusioned with the lack of interest in the customer! The person sitting at the service sign with the phone in hand first ignored me completely and to my addressing whether I can approach responded by saying "try it". He refused the inspection of the vehicle directly in front of the service, which I wanted to give for minor repairs, saying that he had no time. To my astonishment and the statement, "perhaps this is not true", I was instructed by the seated retailer "Sir weigh the words" before I left.
