They will repair your car but their communication is very poor and you spend a lot of time waiting to be served even with an appointment.

Absolutely dissapointed. Waiting 1month for an appointment, in which we agreed to change the backdoor and plastic part on the back. They didnt order any parts, but the they told me that I have to leave the car there for another two weeks. After Im complaining, a Guy told me that his colleague is not experienced and has no Idea. I cancel the meeting and will repair the car somewhere else. Value of reparatur was CZK 100'000.- means they dont need the money...

The service at the showroom is absolutely horrible to say the least. Rude and arrogant behavior from the sales people we came across, on two separate occasions. The first time was a few months ago when we went to their shop for a test drive, which was previously booked a week in advance over the phone. When we got to the shop on the day of the test drive, they came up with a lame excuse that they were not doing any test drives on that day. But of course nobody bothered to call or write us before we went there and tell us this. The second time, was today, when we were really interested in buying a car which they had in their showroom according to their website. Of course again, before visiting their shop we called them a few days in advance to make sure that the car is still available and also book a date and time to inspect it and quite possibly go ahead and buy it. There was not even a need to test-drive the car as we had already test-driven the exact same model, with different extras, at a different dealership a few weeks before. This would have been very likely an open and shut deal for both us and them, as the car specs and the price of the car were ideal for us. Alas, to our complete disappointment we went to the dealership, only to be greeted by a blond lady, who was extremely rude and obnoxious, asking us repeatedly if we have an appointment, as if that would have changed our original answer. This was a person who seemed to be bothered by us and our interest in buying a car from the very same business she is employed by! So, first she claimed that the car is not available anymore, then she claimed that her colleague, to whom we talked on the phone, confused the cars (even though there was only one car that could fit that description at their shop), then she claimed that the car (which is suppose to be a showroom car !!!) is not currently available because is used by the dealership employees (then why are you advertising it on your website?) and finally she claimed that the car could not be purchased for the next three months (again no information about this on their website). An absolute lack of professionalism, expertise and basic good manners. If you are interested in buying a Skoda, there are plenty of good dealerships in and around of Prague which you can visit and find a suitable deal for you. This is definitely not one of them!

First time experience (wheel exchange) was very professional. Quick, not overpriced and a very friendly stuff.
