Terror! I drove a car there (Octavia 2 rs petrol) to check the engine before buying + diagnostics. I watched them through the window and the only thing they did was stab it for diagnostics and print out the history of errors (about 5 minutes) and say 1200 CZK for it! There were about 12 errors on the diagnostics, which were not lubricated, but they were all sporadic, ie. that they are already repaired just the diagnostics have not been lubricated. When handing over the car, Mr. just shook his head as it is a complete scrap and how the repair costs at least 40 thousand. CZK. They didn't even bother to lubricate the diagnostics to make up for the current errors. The only thing he could do was strongly not to recommend buying a vehicle, which I found out after visiting the second service, of course, that it is nonsense. I have a car at home without a single problem and a single breakdown. It has been riding beautifully for two months (approx. 2 tkm) and nothing is wrong at all, I had it about 10 times for diagnostics. It seems that Mr. hoped that I would probably do the "necessary" service for them and they would have giggles for nothing. Anyway, it almost ruined my day and thwarted a super bargain car purchase. PLEASE AVOID YOU PEOPLE HERE TO TAKE THE ADVICE TO THE EXPERTS! From the point of view of the autum, the Lord understood like a goat parsley, because he did not even know what a sporadic mistake meant (or just mistaken to make money). Poverty and pain and thrown 1200 CZK practically for nothing (except nerves).

I don't even know where to start. Today I was urgently asked for help in the service. The reason, the non-functional opening of the fifth door ........ I will ask the gentleman at the service reception, if anyone could look at it and do something about it ..... Answer .... Well, you know .. The technician has to put it in the trunk over the seats, take off the plastic and open the lock with a screwdriver .... And we don't have a microswitch here .... Leave it here and we might look at it .... Yeah yeah ... If only when you have the things you need loaded in the car .... Five minutes for a technician is a big problem ...... As I write, I'll share ... Even when the car was under warranty, my engine fault came on ... Diagnostics and in it an exhaust flap error .... Correction ... We have erased the error .... If it occurs again, do not hesitate to come ..... Second time ..... Again under warranty, again erased error and repair nowhere ..... For the third time ....... After the warranty, the defect is again and here .... We have to replace the damper .... I think the price is 6500 CZK .... I'm talking .... I have already complained about it in warranty ..... Answer ... Well, I can't recognize it for you ..... After all, how long did it last ..... r ..... Well, I would still need to explain why, after a week of service, the oil is only in the middle of the lines and not to the maximum ...... If you drive to give them a car for regular service, they are very willing, but if you need help so there is no time for that ..... I have to go to a big service with wiring etc. but I will definitely not turn to this service ......
