When it comes to installing new equipment, everything is in the best order, it is worse with subsequent service and repairs (which is not always to the satisfaction of customers - not only their own experience).

Takže dávám plný počet. Závada byla úplně v něčem jiném než v dílu co vyměnil a než v dílech na kterých doporučoval ještě výměnu. Nedoporučuji !! J	JAREK FOTOJARINKO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mě velmi neprofesionální a arogantní přístup. Servis jsem navštívil ohledně revize CNG. Po příjezdu bylo zjištěno, že regulátor je omrzly. Bylo mi řečeno, že je vadný, uniká z něj plyn a proto je omrzly. Požádal jsem pana Szotka, zda by mi mohl změřit a tak potvrdit únik plynu, ale na to mi pan řekl, že to nebude měřit, že je to jasný únik a ať s tím nejezdím, jinak to bouchne. Výsledek? Regulátor je v naprostém pořádku, problém namrzání byl způsoben tím že do regulátoru neprodila chladící kapalina z motoru, která regulátor ohřívá. Jen pro představu, cena nového regulátoru je 17000 + další tisíce za práci a tlakovou zkoušku a revizi. Nemluvě o tom, že jsem si musel zařídit odvoz, který se mnou jel až z Frýdku-Místku zbytečně. I asked Mr. Szotek if he could measure and confirm my gas leak, but Mr. told me that he would not measure it, that it was a clear leak and that I should not drive it, otherwise it would explode. Result? The controller is in perfect order, the problem of freezing was caused by the fact that no coolant from the engine, which heats the controller, has leaked into the controller. Just to give you an idea, the price of the new regulator is 17,000+ another thousand for work and pressure testing and revision. Not to mention that I had to arrange a ride, which drove with me from Frýdek-Místek unnecessarily.

Myslím si,že to tak mělo být, protože jsem následně zavítala na recenze a nestačila se divit! Přečetla několik pár řádků od různých příspěvků, také i odpovědi,ktere by byly na místě před 89 rokem. Jak se říká: "zákazník nas pán!! Ale v tomto servise se zastavil čas a arogancí se špatným přístupem se tam naopak oplývá. Ing.
