By no means call ,, a bunch of thieves !!!!! They took our car 100km further without our consent, specifically to their address, even though we emphasized about 5 times that we want to tow to the place where we ordered. Then they kept our car for about a week until they got paid, with the goods that were loaded on the car. So almost regular theft !!!! They charged almost 35,000 for it .... UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CALL THIS COMPANY! EVERY OTHER VARIANT WILL BE CHEAPER THAN THIS!

I was employed by Mr. Carpenter, and it's the worst thing I've ever done. In the beginning it went after working hours when you have a whole week from morning to evening just non-stop on the phone and the second week only from 8 am to 5 pm sometimes longer so this pace can not be sustained. The salary is from 25 to 29 thousand for almost 300 hours per month. Car wrecks themselves which have driven around 700 thousand and you still have to clean the rental

I would definitely not recommend the company Carpenter and at the same time I would like to warn potential customers to consider in advance whether they really use the services of this company. After buying a caravan for my client, I agreed with the seller to contact this shipping company. The rate for Km and handling during loading and unloading of the caravan was agreed with the carrier. I have been assured several times that the calculated amount for transport is final and the amount can only differ if the route is changed due to unexpected events on the way. The agreement took place orally and the exact date of the transfer was agreed. However, on the day of the transfer, when everything was planned, the carrier canceled the morning loading, explaining that he had to send the car elsewhere. After a complicated arrangement, the caravan's loading was postponed to the afternoon. However, 30 minutes before the loading of the caravan, the carrier contacted the seller that the caravan would not leave until the signed binding order was signed. Because the buyer is located about 180 km from the carrier, this binding order was sent by e-mail for signing. Unfortunately, at the time when the binding order was signed and sent back by e-mail, the caravan was already in the company Auto Tesař. I consider this conduct to be erroneous because at this moment, neither the seller nor the buyer had the opportunity to oppose this conduct. This action created pressure from both the carrier and the buyer, so both parties agreed to complete the shipment. Mrs. Tesařová was contacted by phone, who assured both parties that the agreed amount for the transport was final and that the caravan would be transported the next morning. At the place where the caravan was transported, the agreed amount for transport increased. After contacting Mr. Carpenter and Mrs. Carpenter, we learned that neither of them ever claimed that the price for transportation is final !! Since the buyer has not received proof of payment for the carriage and the invoice will be very surprised if my client receives the invoice electronically !!! The company Auto Tesař should be aware that in this case, it is possible to take appropriate action against this action.

Definitely do not use their services. The tow went well, but that's the end of it. It is almost impossible to call, I am connecting you somewhere. They sent the documents by cash on delivery (without notice or agreement) and especially incomplete, so you pay for the service you do not want and you still have to go there again. They stretched everything unnecessarily, the event lasted a month for two days.
