The body was subsequently repaired to my satisfaction by an unauthorized service center.

I recommend the service, definitely a better approach than here in Tábor, where the service is already closed. All the guarantee problems were solved even by those who did not recognize me in the camp. I even got a free vehicle - to get home and then pick it up in Tábor in person I didn't even have to go to Písek. I recommend the service for me - Mr. Zíka also tried, we just waited for the spare part for almost 2 weeks, because it was not available.

The service is willing and will exchange what you need and what is not, and charge normal supplies, such as overpriced sealing silicone, which they use for ten such trivial repairs. Is it worth the service hours 700, - CZK? For the currently advertised 20% discount on original spare parts 5+ for cars older than five years, you have to ask, or rather ask. And apart from the fact that for every fart, every screw, you have to wait for them to send it, and thanks to it will probably not serve your car for some time. The only thing I have to appreciate is that the showroom has a pleasant warmth and so when squabbling and bidding at the final price at least warm :) never again.

I really envy people who were happy, be glad you were lucky! I was there almost two years ago, also in confidence that they are authorized service and I was very disappointed ... The car stopped pulling, I went to my repairman who unfortunately told me that the filter is clogged particulate and that I have to fordo where they have a program to detect and find faults in the control unit, so I went with confidence .. Car injected on the diagnosis and let computer run automatic filter regeneration, then told me that the filter is too clogged and the only solution is replacement ... cheaper option repas for 3000kč so they took 1000kč for diagnostics and I stated that I have it replaced by my repairman, but it did not seem so he sent me to the form in Ceske Budejovice, where they found that it is not necessary to change the filter, only cleaned and the problem was a candle that injects diesel into the filter and burns it ... cost about 8000kč + filter cleaning ... it was not possible to run the computer automatic regeneration as I said in Písek and did not find that the candle is broken, they took 1000kč and they were not stupid and what is the right goal is that they would have for 30000kč to replace the filter which but this candle So that after a while the filter again clogged and I would again know where ... it would just cost me 30000kč and nothing ... I came here to do hype and I would expect at least compensation or refund, almost they could not even apologize and just watched ... Yes, who maybe goes there to buy a new car, they are friendly to it but otherwise they pull out the money and damages do not care ... in my life I would not go there !!!!!

When selling a new car, the service interval is not set in the on-board computer ... EARLY TERMINATION OF THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. When asked why this was not done, Mr. Hanus said that it is usually set ... whether it was an intention, hard to say. The competing Škoda service had done this very well. They informed you in time that you should come for service + messages in the on-board system. Vinkler no longer !!!

I had the geometry done on my car here. There was a short waiting time compared to other car workshops, everything went smoothly and in order. The staff is friendly and professional. Satisfaction for me, I can highly recommend.
