Auto po delším stání v bazaru přibržďovalo, bazar opravil na své náklady a celkově bylo jednání přímé a vstřícné. 10 let staré auto ze Švýcarska s vyplněnou serviskou v perfektním stavu (až na tu zasekla zadní brzdovou desku, která byla nová) . V	Viktor Tokan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V Srpnu 2016 jsem zde koupil Octavia I 1.9 TDI z Itálie, 12 let stará. Auto mělo servisní knížku a štos účtů ze servisu, oboje podle všeho pravé. Když jsem dal po koupi auto do servisu tak mimo oleje a filtrů, bylo třeba pouze doplnit klimatizaci a vyměnit čepy řízení, jinak bylo auto v pořádku. O klimatizaci jsem věděl, ale v bazaru pán říkal, že když tam jsou třeba špatný čepy, že to nejdřív vymění, aby byl zákazník spokojený. Tak nevím kde se v mém případě stala chyba. Jinak to je celkem minimální závada a s autem jsem spokojeny, stejně jako s autobazarem (vstřícnost, ochota). Evidentně se snaží dovážet "výběrová" auta a ne plečky. Kdyby pán výslovně nezmínil ty čepy, tak bych dal 5. Za sebe můžu doporučit. Viktor In August 2016 I bought a Octavia I 1.9 TDI from Italy, 12 years old. I knew about the air conditioner, but in the bazaar the gentleman said that when there were bad pins, he would change it first to make the customer happy. So I don't know where the mistake happened in my case. Otherwise, it is a minimum defect and I am satisfied with the car, as well as the used car dealership (helpfulness, willingness). Obviously they're trying to import "vintage" cars and not hoeing. If the master did not explicitly mention the pins, I would give 5 . For myself I can recommend. Viktor

Na autě jsem dělala do teď jen běžné věci, jako brzdy a běžný servis. Spokojenost. I can recommend. Solid and nice meeting, I bought the car here a year ago. So far, so good. Rýznar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodejce předložil všechny požadované podklady k vozidlu, komunikoval a spolupracoval při ověření v autorizovaném servisu, zařídil veškeré záležitosti ohledně přepisu v domluveném termínu. Vozidlo na CNG mělo vyřízené STK i emise, ačkoliv nemělo revizi na CNG, která je ze zákona potřebná ke každému plynovému zařízení i když se jedná o tovární zástavbu. Bohužel kupované 9leté auto mělo ještě skrytou vadu v podobě vadné převodovky, která se projevila plně do měsíce od nákupu. Prodejce se k řešení nijak vstřícně neměl, auto jsem potřeboval používat, takže jsem si zařídil repasi převodovky na vlastní náklady. Kdybych na to nespěchal (prodejce má 30 dnů na vyřízení), byla by to na 100 % reklamace skryté vady podle zákona, kterou by prodejce musel odstranit adekvátně na vlastní náklady (takže by tam nejspíš šla jiná převodovka kdo ví odkud). Repase vyšla na 22 tis. v odborném servisu, mám klid a záruku na provedenou práci. Prodejce neprojevil jakýkoliv zájem o účast podílet se na závadě např. ani symbolickou dodatečnou slevou, ačkoliv o to byl několikrát požádán a bylo by to minimálně slušné. If I didn't rush it (the seller has 30 days to settle it), it would be a 100% claim for a hidden defect under the law, which the seller would have to remove adequately at his own expense (so there would probably be another transmission who knows where). The refurbishment cost 22 thousand. in a professional service, I have peace of mind and a guarantee of the work done. The seller did not show any interest in participating in the defect, for example, even a symbolic additional discount, although he was asked to do so several times and it would be at least decent.
