★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S kvalitou sluzeb jsem byla maximalne spokojena. Velmi kvalitni servis,sluzby a to za velmi prijemne ceny. Nekolikrat jsem potrebovala rychle auto odtahnout a opravit, vzdy mi vysli vstric. Auto Zabrana zustanu i nadale verna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfektní přístup. Upadlo mi vnitřní zpětne zrcátko. Jeden den nalepit na sklo a druhý den jsem přijel na montáž. Bez čekání.hned mi na to šel.

Špatná komunikace.
Např.: po převzetí auta chyběli v motorové části oba kryty motoru, spodní a horní.
Po upozornění, že mě v autě chybí díly, jsem byl vyzván ať si v dílně kryty najdu sám, že už mechanik není na dílně.
Po příjezdu domů jsem pod zadními sedačkami našel krabici s novou motorovou pumpou z jiné značky auta, kterou jsem pak odvezl vrátit. Nikdo ani nepoděkoval.
Auto jsem tedy musel nechat opravit znovu ve svém servise, kam jezdím mnoho let. Komentář automechanika po rozdělání motoru byl pouze tento: "Dělal to dobytek". Komentář uvádím v původním znění.
Autoservis Zábrana tedy inkasoval 20.000 s tím že auto vrátili neopravené a reklamaci odmítají uznat.
Radil bych vyhnout se tomuto servisu.

Bad communication.
For example: after taking over the car, both engine covers, lower and upper, were missing in the engine section.
After being notified that I was missing parts in the car, I was asked to find the covers myself in the workshop, that the mechanic was no longer in the workshop.
After arriving home, I found a box under the back seats with a new motor pump from another car brand, which I then took back. No one even thanked.
So I had to have the car repaired again at my service station, where I have been driving for many years. The car mechanic's comment after the engine was broken down was just this: "The cattle did it." I present the comment in the original version.
Autoservis Zábrana therefore collected 20,000, saying that they returned the car unrepaired and refused to accept the complaint.
I would advise you to avoid this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji tuto společnost!!! Všichni pozor jaké auto a hlavně s jakým motorem!!! Velmi špatná zkušenost!!! Pan Zábrana nám prodal auto přes zprostředkovatele, s takzvaně s mrtvým motorem za 159000kč!!! A pozor co podepisujete!!! Nedává záruku na skrytou vadu v motoru!!!
I do not recommend this company !!! Everyone pay attention to which car and especially with which engine !!! Very bad experience !!! Mr. Zábrana sold us a car through an intermediary, with a so-called dead engine for 159,000 CZK !!! And be careful what you sign !!! It does not guarantee a hidden defect in the engine !!!
