Pigs ... business policy of the 1990s. Concealed defects, twisted kilometers, crashed cars. The redemption sites deliberately conceal the actual state of the vehicles. Subsequently, as a compensation, they send a voucher in the tenth of the cost of repair. Appealing or returning cars is a few months of arguing. Than the car1 it already preferred the Turkish bazaar. Just to illustrate how Auto1 works. The last car I bought from this company was the VW T5. The car was supposed to have small scratches, stone scratches, slightly dents on the back door and worn tires, plus a dirty interior. Nothing special about a used car. When the car arrived, it had a rusted right door and a threshold through. In addition, the KO engine, when the weight loss test showed consumption of 82 liters of oil per 1000 km. None of that auto1 advertised. I filed a complaint according to their rules, sent videos, diagnostics, service message, other service message and verdict that it was necessary to replace the entire engine. The result after 3 months of communication ... I destroyed the engine myself. I handed the matter over to a lawyer. And I got a voucher for 525 euros as a gesture of goodwill :-) Completed. After 9 months of wrangling with the Czech-German lawyer, car1 took the car back. Reimbursed car purchase price, charges and shipping. Recommended for others. If you are buying here, check the car thoroughly immediately after arrival, read the complaint procedure thoroughly and do everything without delay.

If Mr. Routa, who is very capable, did not sit in this company, I would not even buy a bicycle. Describes the condition of the car, finds information about the car. Thanks for your cooperation.

A bunch of cheaters. They offer vehicles at auction, where not all defects and damage are declared in the damage description. I personally took over the purchased vehicle at a price of approx. 15,000 EUR in a logistics center in Austria. I stated on the handover protocol all damages and defects that were not listed in the vehicle advertisement. I filed a complaint and delivered the required documents within the required deadline. After about 1 month, the complaint was rejected. The costs incurred for additional repairs in the amount of approximately CZK 35,000 are therefore covered by my own. Never more.

Very NESERIOUS COMPANY! I have to laugh as the positive rating writes auto1 itself, same word order, same cooperation 2 years :-) Same ranking at other branches. But to the point: bought about 150 cars, 90% hidden defects, serious - engine KO, cars. gearbox KO, crashed. You advertise, send photos, videos, prizes and x other things they want and result? Either they will completely reject it (after spending 2 hours looking for documents) or a 100 euro discount for another purchase. The repair costs 20 times as much. Behavior is getting worse and worse and more arrogant, I have been contacted by other unfriendly customers if they behave like this to me. A few cases just in the last month - 1st car, you go 1000km to Italy, the car does not go, does not start (as everything is OK), you expect logically a refund and travel, OMYL. Come again and then maybe we'll pay you something for an unnecessary trip. 2nd car does not run at all, deliberately mentioned false description - repair 80tkč, complaints? Forget - special auction, no guarantee. That I buy a car according to their description? lack of interest. 3. non-crashed car, without defects. Scratched car after celolaku, non-matching, worn interior, torn buttons, turbo, repair 40tkč, claim 100euro discount - no interest. 4. again not crashed car, again after celolaku, mileage 1000km extra, non-matching front (not crashed car), frayed side, bad xenon, repair 40tkč, result 300 euro discount. The fact that a car in such a state has a 1500 euro lower price does not interest anyone, let alone that you buy according to their description which is in most cases false. We do business with other foreign companies, but it is unparalleled for the car1.

Mr. Routa willing, but unfortunately the cars have a lot of defects that are not in the description and complaints are practically impossible to file. It's a pity, but probably the company's policy.

They conceal information about damage to vehicles, which shows signs of fraud. If anything is complained about, everything is always rejected. Normally, vehicles have hidden serious defects, if the customer detects them and proves them depends on the business conditions, that he buys a used car of a certain age of mileage and there is no place to call, only the court. There are many similar reviews for this company.

watch out for this company! They use practices showing signs of fraud! The vehicles have intentionally concealed faults! Complaints about vehicles are practically impossible, complaints do not acknowledge, there are still only excuses that complaints are resolved over and over again, but no one will handle complaints! An example of the last purchase at the presentation of the vehicle at the auction was to be technically OK only two cosmetic defects when the vehicle arrived had a defective gearbox, damaged interior and a lot of other cosmetic defects that were not defined anywhere in the vehicle description the vehicle is practically scrap! absolutely unusable! The mockery is when you read their terms and conditions, where they say that they practically sell scrap and are not liable for anything! beware of this company, read the Terms and Conditions and it is best not to buy anything from this company! you will save a lot of money and problems I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone!
