Byl jsem mile překvapen že i baterku na místě se samozřejmostí odborně vyměnili, proměřili dobíjení a zbavili mě staré a to vše v nákupní ceně autobaterie. Za mě mohu jen doporučit. Today for a new car battery. Large selection, reasonable prices, professional and helpful approach. I was pleasantly surprised that even the flashlight on site was professionally replaced, measured recharging and got rid of the old one, all in the purchase price of the car battery. I can only recommend for me.

Šest měsíců starou baterii jsem vyreklamoval. Jednání bylo na jedničku, ovšem reklamace mi po týdnu nebyla uznaná, že je baterie v pořádku, nezbylo nic jiného než si jí odvést.V praktickém užívání nepoužitelná. Vyřešeno, koupil jsem baterii tentokrát už od jiného prodejce a ta funguje jak má. Jednání a přístup k zákazníkovi výborné, bohužel za ostatní body dát nemohu. Purchase of a new Akuma car battery. In practical use, it could not be used. Resolved, I bought the battery this time from another seller and it works as it should. Negotiation and approach to the customer excellent, unfortunately for other points I can not give.

Do ciela som sice dorazil, no cestu späť by som ťažko zvládol. Miestni mi dali kontakt na tento servis. Som vďačný že boli ochotní auto prevziat aj cez víkend. Zamakali na ňom, našli chybu a opravili. Skvelý prístup, ochota a profesionalita ? Ďakujem ?? I am from Slovakia. I had an unpleasant situation. Alternator went wrong 350km from my home, a piece from Kladno, where we were invited to the wedding. Although I arrived at the finish, I would hardly manage the way back. The local people gave me contact for this service. I am grateful that they were willing to take over the car over the weekend. They locked it up, found a mistake, and corrected it. Auto potrebuju k podnikání a zítra musím zase najezdit 150km. Nemůžu čekat . Startovacimi kabely jsem auto oživil a za hodinu už jsem na parkovišti u "tutra" startoval s novou baterií. V sobotu v pět odpoledne obsloužit zákazníka jako o všední den? Flexibilně, ochotně a s úsměvem? Bez řečí, zaplaceno kartou (žádné řeči o tom, že o víkendu nejede terminál a podobně žvásty..), stará baterie odborné uskladněna, takže pro mě bez starostí navíc.... To vše za cenu nové baterie +100kc za montáž. Moc díky!!!! I give 5 stars for willingness, flexibility and understanding. P	Petr Šafrata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přestože provozní doba není zrovna naladěna na pracující veřejnost (podobně jako většina autoservisů), setkal jsem se s velmi vstřícným přístupem a našli jsme kompromisní termín ještě ten den. Vlastní řešení případu (diagnostika baterie, návrh řešení i následná výměna a odzkoušení včetně konzultace) trvalo pouhou půlhodinu. Ochota a odbornost je vyvážena o něco vyšší cenou aku (oproti jiným e-shopům). Pokud nejste odborníky na autoelektriku, pak celkové náklady stojí za klid mysli pro (jak doufám) několik dalších let provozu auta. Although the opening hours are not exactly tuned to the working public (like most car repair shops), I met with a very helpful approach and we found a compromise date that day. The actual solution of the case (battery diagnostics, solution design as well as subsequent replacement and testing, including consultation) took only half an hour. Willingness and expertise is balanced by a slightly higher price of the battery (compared to other e-shops). If you are not an expert in car electronics, then the total cost is worth the peace of mind for (I hope) a few more years of car operation.

Thieves and scoundrels. Be careful what you buy here. The information on the battery label may not be true. Forget about complaints. You are not entitled to it here.
